- I liked the campus beauty and the staff over here who are very supportive and the teachera who are ready for yoy every time you go to them and wven the hygine is maintained quite good here
- Faculty members in this department are the best atleast i think so, they interact with students in a friendly manner this allows us to freely ask our doubts and gain knowledge.
- Tution fee in each year is increased by 10 percent and there are number of scholarships and fee refunds for which a student can apply for after approval of his cirtificates and various other documents.
Dislikes
- Hostels - their is not sufficient hostels available for students and hostel mess is very bad. their is no student union available so it is very difficult to make some change in college.
- It is not so good as expected because of lack of facilities within the college.but according to social aspects and culture it is good and our nit is lacking infrastructure and this affects campus life too.
- It is a very small campus compared to the other nits, the college grounds are very small, and there are no separate buildings for the courses.

- Compact size of building , staff will teach major in hindhi
- Less infrastructure and less time for self development
- Less sources for money in projects , language problem
Placement Experience:
Students are edible to placements from 6 th semester. As I am. Studying in an NIT the placement scenario is nice . The highest package is around 54 LPA median is around 13 lakhs and My branch students have chances for both core and programming side The placements percentage is also good

- I like the college timings as it is very stress free when we compared to other college and we have weekend holidays
- The security and privacy in the college which is around surrounded by the plenty of securities who always take care about the students safety
- The college is raging free campus and there is no fear of seniors in the college
Dislikes
- The college infrastructure is not pretty good and its look like very old college and it is a very small college
- The colege food is bit of bad which is not good for the south indian because less spice and salt
- The college not having enough hostels for the students for the hostel accommodation you required to have a good CGPA during your odd sem
Placement Experience:
Around 40% of the students get the placement during their 3rd year second sem and some of them will get the PPIs ,the companies like Amazon,samsung, godrej etc ..will visit the campus during the campus placements and placenta are held in CCC building of nit Raipur.

- Outdated hostel infrastructure and accomodation.
- Number of boys hostels are not sufficient

From 3rd semester student become eligible for campus placement.
Companies like L&T,Reliance Industries Limited,Aditya Birla Group,Dassault Systemes etc. are visited in our college.
The highest package Offered an nit raipur in 2023 for btech is 55lakh and average is 13.75 lakh

- The labs available here, instruments available in the lab are of older version so that students can understand the basic principles of their working.
- The faculty base of National Institute Of Technology is an actual gem. Studying from them is really a blessing, they make concept crystal clear by giving practical life examples.
- The college campus, including the grounds, classrooms, gardens, halls, canteen are very spacious. There is lot of greenery around and inside the campus area.
Dislikes
- The structure of building is very old. Any new students will easily get confused to find their respective classes as there is no proper map of campus building outside the building.
- The parking is located very far from the campus building. So students have to rush through the walkways, halls to reach their respective classrooms.
- There is limited number of events organised in the college. Also in the events the engagement and management is not adequate.

In National Institute Of Technology Raipur, students become eligible for campus placement in their final year i.e. 7th and 8th semester. In 2023, Dassault System, Aditya Birla Group Reliance Industrial Limited etc. visited nit Raipur and give a decent placement offer to a few students. In 2024, Adobe, tata, amazon etc. come for on campus placement in our college.The NIT Raipur Placement Cell works to provide career opportunities for students by organising on campus placement and maintaining close contact with potential employers.

As an alumnus of NIT Raipur, here are my views on this institution-
- Faculty- The faculty lags behind in terms of NIT standards. It is slightly above average. This is because their teaching method is not very engaging. That being said, the teachers are helpful. They will advise you to engage in extracurriculars as well.
- Student Interaction- The senior-junior interaction is good.
Despite IIT Raipur and AIIMS Raipur being in close proximity, interaction and
idea-sharing with them is negligible.
- Industry Connect- It has a good industry connection for some core branches like mining, metallurgy, and civil.
- Campus Life- The campus life isn’t good. But eventually, you’ll learn to cope with things and enjoy yourself. You’ll learn a lot during your degree from this campus.
- Infrastructure- There is a lot of room for improvement in the infrastructure of this college.
- Placement- Placement records are decent. Last year an average package of INR 10.1 LPA was recorded by the college. A total of 738 offers were made by 101 companies. Some of the companies that visit the campus for placements include- Infoedge, Siemens, Adobe, Barclays, Capgemini, FIAT, Reliance, TATA, SapientNitro, Oracle, Amazon, Samsung, JP Morgan Chase, Cognizant and Wipro.
Overall, I would say that NIT Raipur is a bit lacking in many respects. However, you’ll get a good chance to rise over here because of low competition.
