- There are many scholarships available for the students which can help the students in many ways it help the needy people who cannot afford fees or have better excellence .
- They professor and teachers were friendly and had great knowledge of in their subjects
- The application form, fees and admission dates was pretty available on the website and everything was also provided on the college brochure!
Dislikes
- The condition of the rooms is very bad and it is requires renovation .overall i pay 6000 a month for my hostel room .. mess is 950 which is included in 6000
- Political group are quite active. students are also not getting hostels easily therefore its quite difficult for student from from faraway to survive. attendance policy is also very strict.
- It only provides a fan , a bed , and a almirah which in most cases is faulty .

- The fees is very minimal and the ROI is very good.
- There is a very dense crowd as there is many departments in the university ,hence the exposure is very good.
- The campus is very big and have all the needs

- Boys hostel need lots of improvement as they are very old
- The cariculum can be very vast and difficult to understand
- The food cost is very high as it is located in a high class area
Course Curriculum Overview:
In the first year there are all the basic subjects like Physics , Chemsitry , Maths etc .After that the core subjects are added depending on ones branch.The are three exams in a sem , two Minons and one Major.

- Design Innovation Centre of UIET is the thing I liked the most a lot of projects take place there .
- Campus life is Quite good With diverse people from different states , languages and culture
- Many faculty are good at teaching . They teach good by engaging students.
Dislikes
- In some branches there are faculty who are not permanent but guest faculty takes lecture .
- There are no on campus placements opportunity for students .
- The infrastructure of college is decent average
Placement Experience:
In 7 semester students are eligible for placements.
About 50+ companies visit campus every year and 250+ offers were made to students.
The highest package this year has been 42 LPA average 9.1 LPA . Profiles offered are Software Development Engineer, Data Analyst etc.
The percentage of students placed is about 47.5%.
To secure placement in a core ECE Company is my plan after my degree

- I like the diversity of panjab university one can from any department interact with other and there is 75 department you can explore yourself
Dislikes
- Here you have to maintain 75% attendance otherwise you can't seat in mst i dont like this rule
Placement Experience:
Place in my college is 100 percent in 2023 batch for chemical engineering students and 30 percent for food technology 30 for chemical+mba 5 year integrated course. Many student from food technology prepare for cat exam

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum here is very impressive . As i wanna do engineering so i chose the course according to my preference.The curriculum is somewhat relavent to the real world applications.The curriculum should focus more on real world problem solving techniques,rather than teaching old stuff. The timing of exams are good.

- Opportunities are available in multiple fields
- Senior junior intraction is good, Coding culture is also nice
- Infrastructure is ok, faculty are supportive

- Syllabus is too vast to handel, especially for core branches
- Students have high pressure of studies due to absolute grading.
- Lack of social & cultural activities in campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is quiet old and must need to be change. They are teaching the old concepts which not that much use full in todays world. The teacher can modify it my introducing new concepts. For mid sem exam, it is very hectic due to having two exams in a single day.

- Teaching faculty is good.The teachers here are experienced and have a lot of knowledge regarding their respective subjects and are helpful and keen to teach
- The attendance criteria is not hectic teachers are chill about attendance and students are generally allowed to sit in the exams with over 50% attendance
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not that good the buildings are old and even the classrooms dont have ACs and the benches are also kinda old
- Campus life is also not great here as its the south campus of PU there is not much to explore and UIET's campus is even smaller
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is relevant to much extent but some unnecessary subjects are also there and some important subjects like programming are only available for the CS and IT students.Also the schedule of exams sometimes become too hectic as during Mid sems there are 2 exams on same day in morning and evening shifts.

- Faculty is very experienced with the domain.
- Very good ROI Given the fee and the placement offers.
- The Location of the Campus itself is a huge plus point.
Dislikes
- Minimal involvement with clubs. Hope there may be improvement within.
Placement Experience:
Out of all the eligible candidates. All of the students were placed by the end of the graduation. Companies like Technip, Bechtel, Honeywell, Reliance, ExxonMobil and many more comes for their campus placement drive.

- It's inside Panjab University campus so we get to explore University life and election and fest season are enjoyable
- Is located at center of Chandigarh and market is easily accessible plus transportation is easy
- No strict attendance policy (75 percentage attendance is not followed as professor allows students with less attendance)
Dislikes
- Cleanliness and maintenance of water cooler ,tanks washroom is poor
- Lab equipments are old and outdated and we need to perform most experiment on simulator
- Lots of politics affects overall environment of the campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
Electronics and communication engineering especially iot was field of interest for me , syllabus is bit theoretical and practical part is less as it's be and not btech , outdated syllabus for some of the subjects are topics are not easily available on internet.we have two minors at a gap of 45-50 days followed by endsem and practical

- For Electrical there is nothing to be liked but if you are belong to cse and it department there is so much thing that you liked for personally me I didn't like anything
