IIT Patna Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college is very popular for placement packages and every year the placement offers increase. The college has a good record of maintaining a 100% placement record. The college's highest placement offer for our batch was around 48 LPA and the average salary offer was 20 LPA, few of my batchmates were lucky enough to receive pre-placement offers. Google, Microsoft, DE Shaw, Amazon, Games Kart, Codenation, etc are such companies that visited our campus during the college placement drive.

The IITs provide very good placement and they are very popular in India due to their placement packages IIT Patna is also not behind the college provides very good placement opportunities. The packages that are offered in the college during the placement drive make the college worth it. The highest salary offer during the college placement drive was 50 LPA and the average salary package is 17 LPA.

The placement of the college is without a doubt one of the best in the industry. Placement of the college also was one of the reasons I choose IIT Patna. The college manages to reach a record of 100% placement. The highest placement offer was 58 LPA and the college's average placement offer is around 18 LPA which is a very good return on investment. Through the college placement drive, we get an opportunity to be part of companies such as Microsoft, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Oracle, Sony, Adobe and many more.

To be honest, I was surprised to see such amazing placement packages from IIT Patna; it well exceeded my expectations; the best package for our batch was 40 LPA, with the average package being around 20 LPA. To be honest, IIT Patna offers the finest return on investment; it is worthwhile to be a part of IIT Patna. During the college's placement drive, companies such as BSNL, NTPC, Hyundai Motors, Microsoft, Google, Infosys, and Wipro visited the campus. The college placement drive attracts about 11 companies.

The college has good placement standards as oper the norm of IITs. The college provides 100% placement. The college placement committee is responsible for the placements as the committee is fully responsible for conducting the placement rounds and inviting good companies. The college placement committee is successful in inviting a good number of companies and the committee guides in every placement round. The highest package for our batch was around 45 LPA and the average package was around 15 LPA.

Every year the college placement keep on improving the college has a record of 100% placement and the college placement committee plays an important role in the placement process. As the college placement committee is fully responsible for our placement and they guide us thoroughly throughout the placement rounds and make sure that we are properly placed. The highest package for our batch was around 44 LPA and the average package was around 20 LPA. Around 110+ companies visited our campus for a placement drive.

In my year of study, IIT Patna had a record of 91% placements. Companies visiting the campus included google, adobe, Atlassian, Accenture, etc. Six students. A total of 313 jobs were offered and 245 students were able to bag them. The highest package offered was 61lakh while the median package stood at 49Lakh. Some students already received a Pre-placement offer during the time when students were placed in the different summer internships. Other companies involved were Smartcoin, Larson and Toubro, Zomato, Oyo rooms, Tata digital, etc. Companies were known to recruit engineers with a previous internship experience of at-least 3 months and some non-technical skills as well.

The college placement committee is helpful and members of the committee have industrial exposure so the helps us and guides us during the placement process. Companies like AG Measurematics, Bajaj Auto Ltd, DRDO, BSNL, NTPC, Hyundai Motors, Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Wipro, etc participated in the college placement drive.

Honestly speaking I did not expect such good placement packages from IIT Patna means I was expecting the highest package around 15 to 17 LPA but it exceeded beyond my expectation the highest package for our batch was 45 LPA and the average package was around 21 LPA. Frankly speaking, IIT Patna provides the best return on investment it is worth being part of IIT Patna. Companies like AG Measurematics, Bajaj Auto Ltd, DRDO, BSNL, NTPC, Hyundai Motors, Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Wipro visited the campus during the placement drive of the college. Around 11+ companies participate in the college placement drive.

Placement is like just another formality for IIT as IIT Patna provides one of the best placements with the highest overseas packages. Industry leaders like Microsoft, Google, Amazon. Goldman Sachs, ITC, Reliance are regular recruiters of IIT Patna. The highest overseas package went up to 60 LPA for our batch and the lowest was 26 LPA.
