Course Curriculum Overview:
The course structure is good they delivered the necessary things the overall experience is good their are regular classes and quizes and assignment but the fee structure and the management is not good .
Likes
- I really liked the clubs and availability of almost each of the clubs anyone wants. There are clubs for Anime, Art, Dramatics, Dance, Music, Cooking, Quiz, Cubes&puzzles, photography, literary club and what not. This makes the college life more fun.
- The coding culture is top tier and almost every 2nd student you will meet in 2nd year+ will be deadly in technology. It may be either ML or either CP, almost everyone is up to something even mechanical guys or chemical guys will be doing CP.
Dislikes
- I didn't like the weather specifically, it'll make you lose 300ml of sweat easily (not even kidding). Even in Monsoons the scorching heat is such a pain. The winters are extreme too and in winters you will have to experience that 10 centigrade temp.
- The food quality is something you will have to adjust with, the food is worse as any other IIT or college (unless it's some thapar or expensive college). You'll need to get habitual with water and minor inconveniences in food so one needs to adapt.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placement after semester 7. The data for 2023-2024 is not here so here is the data for 2022-2023. Many companies including some MAANG - Microsoft, Amazon, Google comes to the campus. Some other companies including Atlassian, Sprinklr,Goldman sachs, Morgan stanley are regularly hiring companies. Majority of these big companies mentioned here, almost each of them hire 10+ interns every year. Last year the highest package was 1.37 Crore and 6 people had CTCs >1crore. Average package was 15.73 LPA overall including all branches. While CS average package was 35.57 LPA and Electrical had 24.85LPA as average. 58% was overall placements including all branches and branchwise it varies - 98.6% for CS, 83.6% for Electrical etc. My plan after getting the degree is for doing a job or who knows maybe pursue higher studies further.

- The experience is very raw and you get to experience a lot.
- The fests are fun and you can participate in the process of them easily.
Dislikes
- Academic pressure is not high, but the system is very old and boring.
- There are limited electives in college and a lot of compulsory courses.
Placement Experience:
The placements are pretty decent as long as you are aware of them happening and preparing well. They are particularly good for electrical and CS. For core branches, the placements are not good. You will struggle to find pay above 15.

- The course curriculum is advanced and based on industry demand .
Dislikes
- There is no scholarship for this course .
- There is no participation in college society
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester students are eligible for placements. Mote than 200 companies every year visited to college including Microsoft, Deloitte, TCS, Accenture etc. In 2024 more than 250 offers are made. Average package for Btech student is INR 17LPA and overall placement percentage is 86%.

- We get the facilities of IITs like Library, sports ground etc

- Management isn't quite well and the campus immersion time is very short.
- They used to collect fees before end semester exams.
Placement Experience:
From 4th semester students were eligible for internships. And from 6th semester students were eligible for placements. Many MNCs come and recruit here like Deloitte,Wipro, TCS with an avg package offering 8lpa but it can be vary based upon your skills. As this is new course hence no new placements stats we get what I shared is the information from college.

- As it is a hybrid mode course you can do it along with your normal degree /dual degree
- You can get the tag of iit student without selection in jee advance
Dislikes
- They take admission of every student who applied for admission no matter what is your qualification and you are capable or not
- Basically this course is launched by iit patna to earn money

Many people take admission in this course because of the name of iit they think they will get iit level facilities but that is not the reality course is very bad online classes facility is very bad Teachers are not so good also the number of student is around 1000 Improvement should be make in quality of curriculum

- This code is hybrid I really dislike because we can get more practical knowledge in campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
I like the course curriculum as it is latest need of market and day today experience. I think the teachers can improve in teaching methods like there is no long monolog they have to give some cash base studies questions. We have weekly quiz and assignment which is difficult.
Likes
- So about the academic we have provide a in depth understanding of accounting ,finance, digital marketing and business analysis . Through our lecture classes. Basically our professor guidelines play a crucial role in shaping our business concepts
- Show in campus life at iit patna is vibrant. Student are allowed to participate in the take fests , technical programs programs, cultural program and workshop.
Placement Experience:
Basically, we are the first batch of the BBA program at the Indian Institute of Technology Patna but according to the management, they promise that when we have completed the three-year course of this then we have provided then we have got a placement opportunity.
Likes
- I really like my faculty and teachers who are really qualified from iim .
- I like campus environment and exposure and goodness of the iit
Dislikes
- The management is quite slow which needs to be have fast.
- There should be more time given in campus to us.

Like to be honest we are the first batch of BBA so I can't give lot of information about placements but as we told after completion of second semester will have the chance of getting internships and after completion of 3rd year we will get placements, I think lot of management companies came here in IIT Patna.
Likes
- Infrastructure of the college is really nice specially mapping of college
- Seniors and juniors both are really socially positively active
Dislikes
- There is an gap between administration and students we cannot directly communicate with administration
- Really hard to get into the clubs of the college as being a BBA student
Placement Experience:
About 75% of students got placement, amazon, ITC, and Infosys, are some names of recruiting companies, there are approximately 150 students in our batch, and the placement for now has been promised by representing btech placements as our batch is the first batch.
