The course curriculum is pretty relevant. If i talk about CSE Department, courses like database management system, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, digital logic and computer organisation, computer architecture, formal language and automata theory, programming and data structure and algorithms, communicative skills for engineers, discrete mathematics, optimisation techniques are taught.

Google - SDE intern Atlassian - SDE Oracle TVS Bosch Qualcomm paytm HDFC Bank Amazon Flipkart Microsoft Intel Samsung Nvdia Adobe Sprinklr etc and all these companies hire for various SDE, product designer, research intern etc and the stipent also varies from companies to companies on an average you can consider 50000 per month.

Here at IITP, students in their summer break of the pre-final year do their internship, its like mandatory for everyone to do their branch related internship. Many companies like amazon, flipkart, uber, google, atlassian, microsoft etc visit campus for both internship and placement. we have various fests here like 1. nebula (freshers party) 2. TedXIITP (more of an official event) 3. Celesta (techno management fest of iitp) 4. Anwesha (cultural and techno-management fest of iitp) 5. Reverberance (Diwali) apart from this we celebrate every fest of every state. we have various clubs 1. exousia (dance club) 2. aria (music club) quiz club etc. sports facilities are also extraordinary here, we have 1. cricket 2. football 3. badminton 4. table tennis 5. squash 6. basketball 7. volleyball etc The library also has all the books present ranging from academics to comics.

i live in hostel. iitp has hostel facilities available. for first year: girls - aryabhatta (double occupancy) boys - CVR (triple occupancy) for second year: girls - asima (triple occupancy) boys - aryabhatta (double occupancy) **NOTE: Aryabhatta A,B,D block are for boys and C is for girls. third and forth year: girls - asima (double occupancy) boys - kalam (double occupancy) every hostel has a separate mess. and the food served is of good quality. meals are breakfast, lunch, snacks ,dinner. there's no separate regustration process for mess and hostel, we just need to report.

Basically i gave JEE and according to my JEE Advanced rank of 2023 i was getting EE/ECE in some og the Mother IITs but i didn't want to pursue electrical engineering so took CSE in IITP. Talking about other colleges, i had options for some of the private colleges like TIET CSE, Jaypee Noida CSE. My JEE Mains did not go well so had not good options for NITs/IIITs, so yeah joined IITP CSE.

The faculty-to-student ratio is pretty good at IITP. We have approximately 130+ faculty members and student batch strength varies from year to year, you can consider 1:10 ratio. Faculty members generally are highly qualified, supportive. You can ask them help at any time, they are ready to help.I can not divide any of the faculty member into the category of like or dislike, all of them are equally good. Sometimes just for your betterment they can be a bit strict. When it comes to exam, we have mid-semester and end-semester exams. Difficulty level vary from subject to subject.

i gave JEE Mains, cleared it, then gave JEE Advanced qualified it, then gone through the JoSAA counselling process and got alloted IITP, no Group Discussion or interview was there. there is no gd or interview to get into any iit so i cant tell about this.

IITP has gym (paid, unpaid both available), a full-furnished library, and a well-equipped hospital there are many hostels like asima, aryabhatta, cvr, kalam so many hangout places are there, you can roam on roads (like mostly couples walk there) but friends can also roam obviously, or you can go there sometimes for your mental peace. so many food outlets are there in the campus like banjara, nescafe, angeethi, food court etc. and outside the campus also we have panache, bihari thaat, burger singh, mono nation cafe, chai sutta bar etc.
