Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology - [MACET] was established by Millat Education Society and located in city Patna state of Bihar. The college is the oldest private engineering college of Bihar. The college is a degree level technical college, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. The college campus is around 18.45 acres and historic buildings presenting a spectacle of architectural and natural beauty.

The placement cell helps to the students in their project work and provides them a platform for interaction with the corporate world. The college is 20km from Patna junction railway station and 16 km from Jai Prakash Narayan International Airport, Patna. The library is well equipped with text books, technical journals, periodicals, and reference material for advanced research and development work. The college encourages students to engage themselves in various co-curricular activities beside their academic programme.

Labs were well equipped and canteen food is superb

Dislikes

We can only use college transportation bus
College is located very far from main city

Admission:

I gave entrance test for this college and I was given the branch which I wanted. I applied for other colleges also like Netaji Subhash institute of technology but I choose this college a faculty were very good

Likes

Physical activity is good they organized college fest yearly.

Dislikes

All sports ground are maintain properly.

Admission:

I choose this college because my cousin was also graduated from this college, currently he was working in Germany. And my Uncle was also working in this college in administrative department. The admission process of my college was first you clear the entrance exam then according to cutoof they join. Bihar Private Technical and Professional Institutions Association takes the all the private intitute of Bihar entrance exam.

Likes

Labs are there as well as Library..You can go there if you want to read
There are annual sports day as extracurricular activity

Dislikes

Lack of life skills education like mental health, cooking etc
Poor infrastructure there and transport as well
Location is very poor very far away from city

Admission:

I choose this college because of strong reputation of my field..I applied to several college's but this college stood out to me because of it's hand on learning. The campus culture of this college is also so good

Positive is for civil they have best lab survey and faculty.. They live life there..but no placement i repeat no placement. Shows a sincere interest in employees and the solutions to their problems. Unfortunately no placement
