The peer group is very amazing.you meet a lot of new people with greats minds so it drives you forward.
The campus is amazing.It is more than 250 acres.so the greenery and space is good

The alumni network her is good but it is small compared to top iits
The 80% minimum attandance rule is very annoying

Based on my rank i was eee in this colloge i always wanted a circuital branch in one the tope NITS as NIt warangal is one of the top nits in India and i was getting a circuital branch so choose this over others

Pros and cons of NITW

As i am pursuing civil , the civil faculty is really good
The infrastructure and the facilities have developed over the years.

More number of labs for civil engineering students
Less gurls to boys ratio for other branches other than cse and ece

I choose this college over others as this college is good in civil engineering course. I did get admissions in top colleges like NIT TRICHY AND NIT ROURKELA but i got lower branches like metallurgy and bio technology. The exams accepted for admission in this college is your jee mains rank and score. With good score and rank u can get good course in our college.

Honest and best review of nit warangal

I like campus life in the clg and friends we have.
The faculty adiveser advices the good advices.

The things are the buildings are not renowated.
The attendence rule is very strict and of biometric

As i have got a rank a rank of 30k for my clg rank this was the best i think so i choose this clg and many reasons like we have the placements are good and the nirf ranking of this clg is also very good that i think.

HONEST REVIEW OF NIT WARANGAL

The campus life of my college is the best we have various events take place every week.
The faculty are very much experienced and provide quality education and solve our doubts without any issues.

The ratio of boys to girls in our class is 5:1.which is bad since there are less girls.
The hostel maintenance is not proper and hygienic.

I have applied to various colleges that can get through by eamcet like vnr vjiet and jntu but I thought nit Warangal is better than those and NIT Warangal is my dream college so I applied for it. We can get admission in nit Warangal through jee mains and your rank must be bellow 40k for general Category.

DREAM NIT

I choose this college because this college had some excellent packages and it is very close to my home and I love dthe atmosphere here And food was good The admission process is simple you need to get into the college through jee mains of your annual oc gen male you need to get atleast 40000 rank in order to get seat in any of the branches .I also tried for tirchy but my rank was not good enough to crack the seat Tirchy had Better placements and it's nirf ranking was better than Warangal

NIT-W ''not just an ordinary college ! ''

Campus Life is good here , we can enjoy the weather here and spend time outside
The very high expertised faculties with excellent teaching methods and good mentorshiping quality

The mess food is not at all good , it tastes same everyday and has bad taste , it doesn't feel like homely food and no proper hygeine and all in the mess
The hostel washrooms are very very worst , we can't even dare to go in them it's very dirty

Except the top 5 NITs I got CSE in all the remaining NITs and lower branches in new IITs but I choose core branch in top NIT instead because top college gives more opportunities and has a strong established network and gets good placement opportunities as well, I got rejected by top 7 IITs due to my lower rank in JEE advanced examination, I didn't prepared for JEE advanced in specific from the starting I prepared only in the last one month for it that's because I got rejected , while I prepared for JEE mains examination from the starting till 2 years so I cracked it successfully and got admission in top NIT of the nation with core branch of electrical engineering, the admission process is difficult Eligibility criteria is that you should pass 12th class with a minimum of 75% in physics, chemistry and maths . You should clear the cutoff of your category and should get a required rank to get seat in the college as per the competition.

NIT WARANGAL

Obviosly the placement percent is very high. For specific my branch is 93 percent and median package is around 20lakh
Professors are great, if you need any assistance they will definately help you.

The mess food is very bad but you can adjust
The bathrooms are sometimes in very poor condtion but you have to adjust i mean its usable

So i got this college through Jossa councelling means i must have appeared in jee mains. I applied for this college beacause of its placement percentage and NIRF ranking in which it holds 21st position.

NIT Warangal: A insider look

The greenery in campus ,and there were many spots to sit
Supportive nature and no ragging culture in college

Girls and boys ratio is too low.some branches like civil and mechanical it's too poor
High price of eatables in the campus canteens

I also applied for nit Rourkela and not surathakal. And I can get admission in both colleges but I prefer this college because of its alumi network and strong academics.. Also one of the factor is distance from my home .. This college needs jee mains percentile for admission..and through jossa and csab counseling

No, Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech program at NIT Warangal are required to have a bachelor's degree such as B.E. or B.Tech in the relevant discipline. Candidates must have secured at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA in their graduation. Candidates are selected based on the rank secured by them in the GATE Exam. Allocation of seats is done after the successful completion of CCMT counseling process and based on previous academic records, availability of seats, and other factors
