The first year consists of core subjects that provide the fundamental knowledge, analytical skills & techniques, contextual understanding, environmental awareness and overall perspective which serve as the bedrock for the programme. The areas covered are economics, human resource management, finance, information technology, marketing, operations, quantitative research, and strategy.

In the second year, participants along with certain advanced subjects select contemporary electives along with major and minor electives. The electives assist participants to get a deeper understanding in the functional area of their choice. In the quarters five, six, and seven, participants will need to take two subjects from their major elective and one subject from their minor elective. The choices for both major and minor electives are from the following areas:

Apart from the above, the participants need to complete a project work of 12 weeks duration. The final quarter is exclusively assigned for project work.

3. Selection will be based on valid CAT/MAT/GMAT score, group discussion and personal interview.
