Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with 45% marks and also Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh

For Other Than Telangana – 68 ( 0 for Female Supernumerary)
Fees structure:-
The tuition fee is Rs.62,500/- per semester.
Other fees: Rs. 41,000/- (Excluding convocation fee of Rs. 2500/-)
Fee remission is applicable as per Government of India norms.
At the UG level, the institute offers a B.Tech. under the following specializations-

NIT Warangal B.Tech. Eligibility Criteria
- NIT offers B.Tech in various specializations. The minimum educational to apply is 75% marks in 10+2 or top 20 percentile in the 10+2 by the respective board.
- Physics and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects at 10+2 level.
NIT Warangal B.Tech. Selection Criteria
Admissions will be based on JEE Main conducted by CBSE. Students who qualify for the entrance exam will have to appear for the centralized counseling by the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB).
- Relaxation of 10% will be given for SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination.
- Class 12th marks will not be added for calculation of rank and merit.
- Admissions will also be offered for Foreign National/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/ Non-Residential Indians (NRIs) under the Direct Admissions of Students Abroad (DASA) scheme of Ministry of Human Resource Development. Such candidates must have a valid Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) score.

- Obviosly the placement percent is very high. For specific my branch is 93 percent and median package is around 20lakh
- Professors are great, if you need any assistance they will definately help you.
Dislikes
- The mess food is very bad but you can adjust
- The bathrooms are sometimes in very poor condtion but you have to adjust i mean its usable
Course Curriculum Overview:
Since I'm in first year i dont know much about curriculum of coming semester. But our Proffesors have introduced a new course 'Design Thinking' which will definitly enhance your thinking ablilty and the engineering mind
Likes
- I actually liked the lab facilities faculty managing the classes
- Also loved the sports facilities and the ambience
Dislikes
- Hostel aren’t maintained for 1 year students
- No proper response to queries regarding the hostel
Course Curriculum Overview:
Relevancy is a perspective discussion.From my opinion yes relevancy is up to the mark and it's up to date as per the new inventions and technologies been responded for the students and it is keen to see that students are also gaining interest in such niche fields

- The campus is a great place to just wander around in our freetime.
- The library is a great place to study peacefully.
Dislikes
- I didn't really like my hostel room, it was too small for 2 people.
- I didn't really like that the ac auditorium is small to host function
Course Curriculum Overview:
There are applications of physics which are taught to us in engineering physics. The application of electromagnetic fields is a core concept which is interesting and applicable to electrical engineering.
Likes
- Beautiful campus with large area .main building area and area called time square is best!!
- Faculties are good and qualified and helpful.
Dislikes
- Hostels rooms are very small with very bad washrooms
- Mess food is also not that great -lot of oil and no system for management

course curriculum is just fine with each subjects from all branches in first year like programming, biology, emf etc.they have minor in their curriculum from second year which is very helpful in terms of internships and placements

- The students and faculty are very friendly
- lot of facilites for students to enjoy and have fun
Dislikes
- hostels are a bit run down but adjustable
- curfew timings are present and you cant go out after 11 pm

mostly all subjects are relevant to the course taken and labs are a great way to learn phy or programming and as for real life experiences, if you were to take a core company placement, then it will have the most impact

- The sports facilities present in the campus
- The greenary and lush environment and the feeling of security
Dislikes
- Lack of tiffin centers present in the campus
- Few undeserving faculties present in campus

The curriculum is well suited and is adaptable to various modern needs.We have skills like data science and c++ for electrical students and have various modifications are made every year for student benefit

- Nit warangal provides better faculties with research oriented background, they teach very well required to the industry needs
- Nit warangal provides better placements in top companies like meta, Amazon,Apple, Netflix, Google etc
Dislikes
- Nit warangal mess provides food according to the taste of North Indian people which is a disappointment for South Indians
- Mess doesn't provide non veg items like chicken, mutton and fish it's not worth for non vegetarians
Course Curriculum Overview:
As in electrical engineering, the course explores different kinds of electrical circuits their uses and power generation and effective way of power usage, the exams are on moderate level and are conducted once in two months which I feel is good. They have inserted AI and coding related courses in every brand of engineering which is super with which we can operate the machines easily

- Diversity in Students: The cultural diversity among student is huge so you will get to know about their cultural as well as their places.
- The clubs of NITW is very nice. You will learn many things in clubs like Quiz Club, Business Club, etc
Dislikes
- Mess food is not that good and also the street food also don't have many options.
- The cost of living as compared to my local place in more.

The course curriculum updates after every 3 years. So you will learn by latest education system. You will get practical for every theory subject which is very good. The only drawbacks was the equipments are little outdated you will get an inaccuracy.

Well for me chosing EEE was by chance since NITW offers similar placement opportunities for circuital branches , but as I have studied here I have gained some interest in EEE subjects as well , thanks to the curriculum framework here.I think the course curriculum can include more nunber of labs rather than jst theory subjects. The frequency of exams is very high as we have minor 1, minor 2 , mids, ends .

i can go into a governament job also i couldn't get other better courses than this.many of the real world equipments are made through science and applications and this covered in courses topics.as of now everything is good with the present curriculum.we have two minior examinations one before mid exam and one after mid exam and at the end we have end semester exam.
