There are more opportunities are there and student have more probability of improving technical skills. I got admission in Amrita,vit also but there is lot of students and have less placement compare to gitam. We have talent we can admission in gitam because they will keep one gat exam if we score better we can get admission . Mostly students prefer cse AIML because that course have more demand outside .

I liked the infrastructure of the college and the facilities provided in the labs
There are multiple clubs you can join and spend time with like minded people

Dislikes

Most events happen during exams which is kind of bad

Admission:

I had to choose this college over the others because this was the only college I felt had reasonable fees structure and sufficient amenities compared to other colleges I got. And Im glad I chose this college over any IIT or NIT because this college has better facilities compared to most older IITs or NITs.

The events that happen in our colleges . they are really fun.
I like the "free to do anything" environment in my campus. We are given enough free time to balance both our study and work life too
The vast place of our campus. Our Clg is very huge that makes it one of our greatest advantage. It is really comfortable to roam around for peace of mind.

Dislikes

Constant reconstruction work that takes place in our clg. This is happening quite frequently as it might not concern our studies , it is kinda a mark on our college.
Our campus is kinda situated so far from city and people. It makes us feel like we are stranded in some desert.

Admission:

i have applied other colleges like SRM, VIT too, but i can honestly say our college even vast than them. We have even more oppurtunities to gain experience hands on experience with things that we want to learn.Admission to our college can be done by government exams and GATs exam that happens in our college for admissions.

clean campus , a lot of trees, and well maintained parks with mowed lawns .
a huge library known as knowledge resource centre . has a wide collection of books of all courses . and peaceful study place which is well maintained
It's a completely ragging free campus. zero ragging and a lot awareness against ragging is done

Dislikes

buses must be available till the end of day for events
parking is good but it needs to be expanded

Admission:

biomedical engineering is available in a very few colleges. SRM in Chennai has this. but I chose gitam because of its culture which if far better than SRM. there's no regional barrier since I'm from the same city as my college. teachers and all are helpful here compared to faculty there . the admission process is simple , you have to write for entry called GAT which provides scholarship based on score . and it's easy to crack it .

The campus is very vibrant, and since its multi disciplinary a lot of networking opportunities
The infrastructure is ever improving, and gets renovations every once in a while

Dislikes

The library catalogue is quite compact and needs significant overhaul

Admission:

Applied to a couple of NLUs did not get the T1 or T2 NLUs, and did not want to go to T3 NLUs for the sake of the name, tried other private colleges but they were super expensive compared to this. I got accepted to all the private colleges that I applied to, and all of the T3 NLUs. The college has its own general admission test GAT, which is simple enough to be taken easily, a seperate personal interview is also conducted, though as far as I am aware, it is not a ground for rejection currently.

I chose Gitam University for its well-structured bca program, good faculty, scholarship and mainly campus life. I applied to Gvp but Gitam had better infrastructure and college life also faculty support. Admission process at Gitam is so smooth with eligibility based on 10+2 score and by Gat. Overall a good choice though placements could improve.

I have directly given entrance to gitam. They conduct gate exam and based on the qualifying marks they give we will get accepted. They give the eligibility marks based on the caste too. The marks range give u concession.

Atmosphere it is very good, faculty is kind and friendly
Totally fun way to learn like this and trust there will be no regret choosing GSA Visakhapatnam
Seniors is are kind, there is no sign of negativity . Good amount of workshops and tours

Dislikes

Workload is so much and less time and expensive a bit too much in tours and stationary and the standards

I've also applied for SPA Vijayawada but since is it is far from my city I joined here and it was a good decision and I don't regret coming here. I chose it since it is nearby and it is reputated. Admission process here is after writing the respective entrance exam of B.Arch like JEE mains B.arch or NATA . You apply in the respective college site and visit and speak with counselor and complete admission process by paying 75k which will be returned back after the college starts. Deducting the counselling fee we get 72k in our hands. Some students will keep the money as is for future use in study tours. Nata is more preferable. Admission process is smooth unless you're not clear where to go and choose

social life: the social aspects of this college are not lacking either as long as you have a good group of friend i believe anyone can have a wonderful social life
College organised fests or events there are almost endless amount of fests and event for a student to attend

Dislikes

Crowd as i said the social life here is good but the crowd are not a great part of it their many bad influencial people here the annoying kind escpially

I had applied to three colleges BITS hyd MIT manipal and Gitam vspk . the first two I had lost because I souldn't score enough marks on the exam and as a last ditch effort I joined gitam but I don't regret it anymore

The college infrastructure is well designed, and the college conducts coding hackathons, ideathons, events
Most of the students participate in coding events, coding clubs, ideathons, in building the product

Admission:

The first reason is I scored good rank in this college entrance exam, I applied for some private universities, some of them are SRM university, VIT Vellore, Vignan. I got confirmed admission from GITAM, VIT, During my time the fees structure in the VIT college is very high when compared to GITAM ,so i preferred to join in GITAM, I got rejected from BITS exam as i scored less marks in that exam, I have not prepared well for the BITS exam, so i got rejected in that exam, They conduct entrance exam for the admission and also they check 10th,12th marks and every student must score above 60% in the academics to get selected in the engineering admission.
