My Honest Experience

I would rate course circculam is relevant and reasonably comprehensive .one of the main reason I took this course is mix if core subjects with electives,this curriculum builds concepts step by step , timings of exams are also not so difficult.

The placements in my college was being worse day by day before year it got some but know no only few got placed not worth of the money we paid , average package is 6 lpa and companies like infosys, Accenture, fractal and many like that but at the initial step only they are sending reject mails . 20 % of the people got placed , my plans are like need to check the job postings in off campus and prepare for that .

The total course fee at GITAM VISAKHAPATNAM for msc Data science is 400000 for 2 years with amount paid semister vise like 1 lakh per semister,and the registration fee is 1800 have pay at the admission stage ,and few merit based scholarship are available, depending on performance.

My overall campus life has been enjoyable and engaging, with good mix of academics and I got the best friends so it looks so simple , in the library we can able to access many books and many books are available so we can read , the facilities and technologies are advanced ,for sports and extracurricular activities it is best ,many clubs are involved and it doesn't effect students life.

I choose this college after comparing it with a few others because it offered a better balance between academics and campus facilities. I had applied to a couple of institutes as well and got admission offer from a few ,the admission process at my college was smooth ,first need to pay the registration fee and register for the course and then need to write exam for the fee concession that's it.

My experience with faculty generally been positive.the faculty students ratio is fairly reasonable and approaching the faculty for any doubts is simple . I like few faculty members because they will help during entire year regardless of academic knowledge they will help in projects and I don't like some faculty because they will only read from ppt they even didn't know the subject clearly and they will come to teach , coming to the exams there are not difficult if we study for 1 week we can easily pass and curriculum is very similar .

The night life at my college is quite relaxed and enjoyable,it is having gym many cafeterias , library and many public areas until 11 pm so we can enjoy there with our friends hostel timings are from 9 am to 9 pm and campus timings are from 8am to 11 pm many hangout places are there inside the college .
