Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum at gitam university is well rounded and relevant offering a mix of theory and practical learning. The focus ond subjects and projects make it a strong choice for those aiming for professional careers.

Internships Opportunities

4

Students often find internships in companies phoenix global solutions where tasks include CI/CId programs and through clubs like GUSAC which focus on projects in specific domains like hackathons

Placement Experience

4

From 6,7th semester there will be campus placements for Gitam students. Before that to get used to interview and placement culture we will get soft skills coaching where few faculty from big companies came forward and teach us all the soft skills that are needed for placements by conducting aptitude tests etc. Companies like google , wipro , amazon hire from gitam university

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee yearly - 3.3 lakhs per annum Admission fee - 20,000 (one time ) Students admitted through merit based exams like GAT , JEE are eligible for lower fee and scholarships The fees have shown a sligh increase anually due to inflation and infrastructure improvements.

Campus Life

4

There will be a lot of technical and non-technical events happening around gitam for every week. They are hackathons or fests like Shore etc. They are conducted both by the management of gitam and by the clubs which want to conduct an event will take permission from student life. There will be big sponsors sponsoring these club activites and events and the clubs are maintained by students itself. They will be the ones who hire, manage and get sponsors.

Admission

I applied for Kl university but I didn't go there because I didn't like the rules and culture of KL university as that university still follows rules that are kind of equal to school. I don't want to study in that pressurised environment so I opted for gitam university. In Gitam it is stress free environment and is better. The fee infrastructure of Gitam is less compared to KL university.

Faculty

4

gitam offers well rounded educational experience with qualified faculty , modern circullam and strong placement support. The campus features excellent infrastructure including well equipped labs and libraries while promoting social life through clubs and events.

Night Life

4

There will be libraries , gym etc but the library will be closed after 7 at night and the gym will be open upto 9. The campus is so great and is covered with bright lights and tress and night so everyone without fear can hangout at the places they want to with their friends. There will be temples inside the campus some might go to temples for prayer etc. There will be canteens and our favourite hangout place is our college open auditorium where we just sit and talk and at the same place club activities will happen where they reharsel for their club upcoming events.

Placement Experience:

From the completion of their 7th-semester students will be eligible for placements. Some of the MNCs like Infosys, Cognizant will be visiting our campus. Approximately 70% of registered students for placements will be placed. Some may place with one offer, some may get placed with multiple offers, based on their skills. The highest package up to my knowledge is 7 Lakhs. coming to the average package, it will be around 4 Lakhs. My plan after the degree is to get placed in a well-reputed company.

Remarks:

Good climate is not uncommon to think that the day you receive your diploma is the last day your college or university would help you in your career. This is far from the truth, however. Most colleges and universities across the nation have alumni associations that offer a range of benefits, perks, discounts, and most importantly, networking opportunities and events to help graduates make the most of their hard-earned degree after college. But alumni associations are a two-way street–in order to reap the benefits, graduates must also give back to their alma mater through gifts, membership fees, and volunteering. The following guide takes an in-depth look at alumni associations and their benefits and also helps students and graduates understand how to effectively leverage these networks and give back to future generations.
