GITAM University is a gem!!

Fees and Financial Aid:

GITAM University School of Law in Vizag is such a beautiful college and fees is also very manageable. 1.4 lakhs is the annual fees which is paid per semester, so 70k per semester is what we pay. We have scholarship and literally zero tuition fees for SC/ST students. Even the OBC students pay 40% less than general category students.

Total fee structure for 4 years of gitam for cse is nearly 1600000.amd there is scholarship also ,that will give by writting of gitam exam.and every year 5 percentage fee will increase. They don't get specific scholarship for categories .I am paying yearly nearly 4 lakhs.and will increase 5 percentage.there is have aloan option for paying fee.there are 2 types of scholarship 1st one is alumini and 2nd one is siblings.

I am paying 125000 this year but last year i had scholarship of 25% and 30000/- concession. I lost the Scholarship as i was unable to maintain my CGPA above 8.0 . Otherwise i would have paid only 90000 as fee this year. All the fees are included in this. My other batchmates whoever has maintained the CGPA are still having the scholarship, so their fee might be lower than mine.

the fees for whole year is 2,80,000 , with 10% increment every year. this is only tuition fees, if you opt for hostel it's another 1,25,000. i have a scholarship of 60% so i paid 1,40,000. my batchmates pay 2,80,000. there are a lot of scholarships merit based , need based which can be accessed easily . but then you have to maintain 8cgpa every year to avail that scholarship. you might've have to pay extra for clg fests and stuff and for NPTEL courses.

There are no other fees for the course, except the college fees. I'm a 100% scholarship student in gitam school of architecture, Visakhapatnam. I paid nothing except my stationary and study tours and case study's which are a fun way to learn about architecture and this comes with pressure to make it all look good. My fee was about 2,17,500 per year but due to my nata score of 142/200 I'm scholarship student since every student who scores more than 140 is eligible for this. There are scholarships based on jee mains and nata with 15% scholarship mandatory for everyone then 25% 50% 75% and 100% there are also merit based and sports and alumni and staff scholarships
