What students say about Brunel University

Likes

  • The syllabus keeps updating with industry changes, making it a more job-ready degree.
  • The work that I have done so far includes writing several blogs for an insurance and real estate company, creating many different social media graphics for several clients, and developing a social media strategy for a local bar and grill. This strategy involved generating daily posts.
  • The members of the college placement committee are highly experienced, and they work to improve the standards of college placement.
  • The Castlesmart scholarship is the most popular kind of scholarship among international students because it covers not only your tuition fees but also your living costs.
  • The course curriculum and exam structure are relevant, research-driven, and fair based on current scenarios.
  • The wardens are very professional and cooperative, and the hostel issue is solved very quickly.
  • Btech in this university is very affordable, even though I belong to the middle class, so I take out loans to study at the college.
  • The university has a fantastic study environment, which I personally admire the most. Other than that, it has a great library and social culture.
  • Great campus facilities, an amazing faculty, a diverse student profile, strong industry connections, and being situated in London.

Dislikes:

  • The education has helped in a very limited way. At least in business and marketing, they are marketing themselves as teaching students what the industry is looking for, but the reality is far from it. null

It has helped me in many ways, but definitely what I wanted and expected before coming here.

Dislikes:

  • Firstly, Faculty members and professors (especially for health science course)are not available sometimes .You can't approach them directly. You need permissions through email which might be ignored. Secondly, even after COVID they conduct online classes for a full time course. null

The university experience has been good overall, but what they lack is clarity and uniformity. There is difference in opinion among teachers which is disadvantage for students. The supervisor are not readily available when you need them. Most of the staff works online. The campus life was good. Library service was excellent. Staying in On campus accommodation was a great experience. Overall satisfactory.

To get admission I gave IELTS exam I got 7.8 bands so I'm eligible for admission then I proceed further process The college curriculum is the latest and helps us to understand all the topics in detail and properly. The curriculum follows all the latest industry regulations and helps us to develop our innovative skills and the college also promotes innovative ideas. The faculty is one of the biggest UPs of the college. The faculty minimum teaching experience is around 10-15 years. Most of the faculty of the college is for the PhD level and they are experts in their respective fields. The faculty make sure that each concept is very well understood by us.
