Remarks

I think the college should work on the Drinking water availability and some faculty. Although it's a good college and on a very posh location every thing is nearby, a fair crowd and a very third grade politics.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Economics is one of the very toughest courses of delhi university and about exam structure they conduct semester exams 2 semester/year. Exams are of good level. You have four subjects in your 1st year and five in 2nd and 4 on 3rd year itself.

Placement Experience

4

Yes college have placement cell and they also provide internships also but i didn't have done any of, probably join this year. I have talked to seniors and they said that placement cell of our college is cool and supports you as much as they can.

College Events

4.5

Delhi university is full of events they conducy so many events of various departments such as quiz competition, Marathon and many more and each college has cultural society they conduct a annual type event every year where celebs come and perform.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Is is easily feasible and it is so minimal as compared to other colleges. Every course fee would fall under 15000 and for my course it's only 10000. It is a good point from the college or the university that everyone can afford it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college conduct various scholarship programmes for students who couldn't afford that much. Many students avail scholarship and get the advantage and for loan facility i don't have much idea. I think it's better.

Campus Life

3

Extracurricular activities are good in college. Mainly the sports faculty is very supportive. Our college is good in archery and won many awards on national level and university level also. There is special ground for every major sport or game.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes seniors are very helpful in your college life. They guide you where you want to go and tell many opportunities that are available for you in particular course or field. I think it's a good part on their and your behalf.

Admission

You just have to come under the eligibility percentage in various colleges for particular course and then have to go to college itself and verify your details now fill the forms and then you will again be verified and then your details will be uploaded on your portal online lastly submit the fees and good to go.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of college is fine not the best. I find it could be better if they work on it. Some teachers are good and some are just useless they don't know how to teach but they are permanent and also teaches core subject. This is ridiculous.

The curriculum is not good. Delhi University should focus much better on the curriculum.. There's no need of subject like evs, swach bharat, and all for a college student... The timetable is manageable..

Placements of our college doesn't lack anything as students mostly opt for further studies but I have no issues saying that placements are also available if not in numbers. Let's be fair as jobs in current scenario are that many in comparison to the number of students that graduates every year. Still, Miranda House has done well to make sure that over 60-65% students get placements.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement but if we doing 4 years of college so 8 semester. Name of the companies visited. Zomato Amazon Uber Ibm There are around 70000 students who are eligible for the placement Asiants paints The highest and average package offered to the students is 35 LPA for highest and 3-4 LPA average. The percentage of a student must be above 80 percent if they want a average job but if a person want a job in great company they should have percentage around 90 to 95. My plans after getting the degree to become a lecturer. placements, especially for students in popular courses like commerce, economics, and science. The college often invites various companies for campus recruitment, and many students have secured jobs in reputable firms. the extent of placements can vary each year based on market conditions, the courses offered, and the students' performance. If campus placements are limited or not offered, students can still focus on enhancing their employability. By making them selves skillful growing them selves from iner side By skill Development Engage in skill-building activities such as online courses, workshops, or certifications that are relevant to your field. Skills in areas like data analysis, digital marketing, programming, or communication can significantly boost your employability. By Internships seek internships during your course. They provide practical experience and can often lead to job offers. Internships also help you build a professional network by Networking Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to connect with professionals in your field. Networking can lead to job opportunities that may not be advertised and Higher Studies Consider pursuing further education, such as a master's degree or professional courses, which can enhance your qualifications and open up more job opportunities Entrepreneurship. We can start our own business from which we don't have to get depends on companies.
