Course Curriculum Overview
Course and curriculum is above average need improvement in subjects. Repeated subjects can be omitted from UG courses. But exam structure is good equivalent to IIT. Both internal and external exams conducted strictly.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities are good only for IT branches. There are no placements in our branch. Poor quality internships going to happen if so. Overall experience is average. No stipend offered for merit students. Category candidates get stipend as per Government rules.
College Events
Numbers of events goes on the institution. Overall sports and cultural festivals happens from institution basically. Every department organizes the same in different times. Overall experience is good. Auditorium and stadiums are within the campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is fixed by the government. But institution charges 30% extra fee unnecessarily. It's bit expensive for post graduation courses. The same faculty and labs are used for both UG and PG courses.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarships for merit basis. I haven't availed any. College doesn't encourages regarding the scholarships and loans for poor students. Loan can be availed through nationalised banks as per their interest rates.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities are not ignored in this institution. College and department fests happens every year. Good facilities are available for sports. Campus is green and big to organize these. Activities are good.
Admission
Through PGCET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority for graduates Got appropriate rank and selected seat in this institution in Government seat matrix category. Paid the university fees online and admitted later.
Faculty
Good numbers of faculties are available. But the ratio as per the department requirements is not well balanced. Contribution of faculties is very good. Except few all other faculties found sincere to the institution.
