- I like the faculty of this college a lot as it includes a combination of young and experienced professors
- The greenery and cleanliness is another attractive attribute.
- Pecfest is the biggest event of the year and almost everybody waits for it the whole year
Dislikes
- The girls to boys ratio is very bad like in my branch it is 11:1
- The profs are highly eduacted and experience..but their teaching stylw is really boring
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is tough for most of the subjects and is designied in a way that it's not easy to score a very good grade..and the relative marking makes it even tough to do so...also getting a back is very possible here..so we have to keep studying constantly
Internships Opportunities
As I see...a lot of seniors in 3rd and 4th year have got their internships in big mncs and start-ups as well in tech jobs, finance, consultancy and core profiles as well...so this college invites a lot of companies for on campus internship and recruitment process
Placement Experience
This college has decently good packages both the average package and median packages as well as almost 80 percent studnets are placed before the 4th year ends...if I talk about my branch the median was 11 lpa and almost 90 students were palced out of 120 in 2024
Fees and Financial Aid
Firstly...about the general candidates..the semister wise tution fees is 95k and for the reservation candidates I don't have much idea..but its 6k ig...and for hostel...its around 80k per year..whoch does not include mess fee which is around 4500 per month
Campus Life
the college consists of a lot of clubs...music, dramatics , robotics , manufacturing , related tomechanical,electrical,electronics and coding as well...if them are active. share an overwhelming experience
Admission
This college being the best college in chandigarh and has its legacy in the north made me choose it...it has decently good packages for almost every branch and It was the best option available for me..so I chose it
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is okay..like u wouldn't feel that there are too many students as its a government college and I would say most of the profs are able to deliver the knowledge except a few...like eg. One of my prof of computer programming just comes to class and scrolls the pdf
Night Life
As the college is in chandigarh...it has a really beautiful night life where the whole city is active during the night time as well..market and spots to enjoy..and the library is mostly open till 8 and during exams it opens till 12 at night
