About Deshbandhu College

The main and the only reason I chose Deshbandhu was that I wanted a Delhi university degree and only college I got was Deshbandhu in DU that also in spot round because I filled my form option incorrect. Other colleges I applied for and got into were VIPS, NMIMS mumbai but i chose deshbandhu over it for the tag of DU. I didn't got any rejection instead I rejected them ????. I chose this college as it was at a good location and the NIRF ranking was great too. I was alloted Deshbandhu in first round and i accepted it as who wouldn't accept such a good college. Ramanujan is also very close so it helps in getting good exposure. I chose this college because its a very presitigious college, delhi university itself is so presitigious..i mean the textbooks we raed our written by authors who themselves have graduated from Delhi University. also delhi university's student union is the biggest student union ever. i applied at chandigarh university and shoolini university and i i didnt get rejection from these universitites..its just I wanted to study at delhi university....Read More

I got admission in this college through cuet and my score was 700 which was pretty much the cut off of this college and hence i got this only However i genuinely feel this college is much better than the other off campus colleges , we have an NIRF ranking of 13 and naac A++ Also the placements are better than that of other off campus colleges You can get admission in this college by giving cuet and then participating in the du counselling process...Read More

I have ranked deshbandhu college on 1st on my preference list during admission. Because firstly it have a Good reputation and NIRF ranking , secondly it's one of the best college in delhi university for BSC Prog life sciences course. And luckily I got deshbandhu college in 1st list. The admission process is too long. Too many steps was there when i got addmission.
