Unforgetable days of my life

The whole idea being a centrally government college the more the governments gives grants for academic development the more the students & faculty can nurture themselves. I have seen that at lot of international events project team were skeptical to apply because of fund issue

The course has been crafted as per UGC norms & the structure and curriculum is very good. Most of the IIT etc. follow the same structure for exams. The kind of body language we learn really helps you to nurture well.

Placements are pretty good as being a very old university & a strong alumni background it really helps a lot. 100 odd companies visit every year for job & internship opportunities and also give pre placement offer. I had a great experience & got a stipend as well

There were lot of events at the college. PEC fest being the annual fest lasting for 3 days. Then there was a special tech fest with focus on technology. Also an annual meet for alumni is organized in the campus.

The fee structure being centrally funded is lot on the cheaper side. It's being a govt. funded college receives lot of grand from the cental government for infra & student curriculum. Also a lot of scholarship grant is available

There are lot of scholarship from the college for top rankers as well as to study further. There is one scholarship that pays for admission to University of Berkeley & MIT as well. Kalpana chawla being an alumni there is also one scholarship on her name

The college campus is more than 50 acres so lot of space for football, cricket as well as athlete ground is also there. It has a tennis court, squash court. There are lot of labs with focus on little things as well as for research point of view.

Hostel facilities though being a govt college are pretty good as compared to other government college hostels. The fees structure is also feasible. The quality of the mess food is good. The best part is they have single rooms

The best part is the alumni background which has become really strong in the past 2 years. Frequent meets are being organized to help sort some issues for students, faculties for raising grants for scholarships, international projects etc

I got there through AIEEE securing 8050 all india rank. With my rank i was able to get civil engineering as my discipline. I also cracked JEE but chose PEC as it was the best i was getting from the options.

Faculty are all PHD & ME graduates & most professors are highly experienced usually done Phd from IIT etc and are very focussed about their college. The director also are renowned academicians who have proper experience.
