Gargi College has many gorgeous students!!

BA in political science and German is what my course is both these comes under the BA program at Gargi College. Our college has that thing that we can choose special electives at the beginning of the first year and can also change them in the final year. So, only Gargi College offers this liberty and I wish thus it should stay as it is.

Placements offers are coming here as soon as we are in our final semester. For students choosing German as specialization many foreign universities offices or travel agencies like Thomas Cook and others also offers us job and that too of 40-45k monthly.

Gargi College is like next to LSR when it comes to famous women's colleges of DU. Yes there are many others but nothing that comes close to Gargi as for Arts students this is a paradise. I am calling it paradise also as the fees is below 20000 a year and I don't think any other state offers such high standard teaching at this fees.

The small gardens in between the blocks makes sure that we have enough shade even during day time. We have two canteens and a large auditorium building which is fully equipped. We have our annual cultural event Reveire at our campus and even in that too no boys are invited in that. Societies are plenty and also we have plenty of managerial roles in that.

I didn't even thought of applying for any other college as Gargi was in my mind since, I was in 11th. So, it was the only college and therefore even though I would have got the likes of LSR and other colleges, I chose Gargi. 12th score of 90+ and a CUET percentile or score of 770 is mandatory for BA admissions in Gargi if you are from General Category. For SC/ST it was 610.

Gargi College faculties mostly are ones who have multiple job offers with different colleges and universities of DU. Our German teacher Miss Yang has studied in Germany and not somebody who has learned German and is teaching us, so this shows the professionalism which is followed at Gargi College of DU.

My favourite hangout spot is definitely KFC in Ansal Plaza which is close to our campus. Even the metro station Green Park is quite close so to commute as I travel by metro only becomes very convenient and easy for me.
