Course curriculum is excellent. It covers all the important aspects of Engineering and the labs provided by the university is based on the modern advancements in the field which gives good exposure to future.

Yes I did my internship at KSEB Karimanal Power Station in Idukki, Kerala. It was a 5 day training without any stipend but the industrial exposure I got from here was the first stepping stone towards the future.

Cusat provides placement for well qualified candidates with good academic records.Various companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon have done their placement drive in the campus during my final graduation year.

Every year University conducts an arts and sports fest for the students.Usually there will be competitions between different branches of engineering which makes the fest more enjoyable and thrilling.

There are two types of seats allowed by the university. Free seats and paid seats. For free seats fees is around 30000 per annum and for paid seats it is around 65000 per annum.This is decided strictly on the basis of merit.

No scholarships are offered by the college but students can avail different scholarships provided by central or state governments or from any private organization depending upon the marks scored by the candidate through their first year

Labs provided by the college are not upto the mark.Labs have less facilities compared to different private colleges around the state.Whereas College provides different opportunities to improve their skills in sports by organizing different sports competitions.

College doesn't provide any hostel facilities for boys and hostel for girls are recently started.Most of the students are lodged outside the campus by the local people around the college.This should be considered while applying to the college.

Alumni network and senior students were helpful in organizing different innovative programs in the campus like IEEE workshops.They were also helpful for first year students to get used to the college atmosphere.

Cusat Cat entrance exam is purely technical based.It has a paper on physics and Chemistry.Equal wheightage is given to mathematics also.Securing a rank below 1000 will give the candidates freedom to choose from any courses offered by the university.

I got admitted to this college on the basis of marks obtained in CUSAT CAT entrance exam.CUSAT CAT entrance exam is conducted on a yearly basis for selection of well qualified students to various engineering programs offered by the university.

Faculties of this college are well experienced and are former IITian's. Almost all departments are headed by well experienced senior faculties who have completed their PhD's from various IIT's or NIT's around the country.
