Course Curriculum Overview

The course had all the topics and subject which I was looking for in my particular course which is Bachelor of Science - computer Science, so I liked that and all the subjects are very useful for my future.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Hello, I study in Saint Xavier's College Ahmedabad. As of my experience, it is amazing college with good education and helping faculties and with beautiful Campus. The fees for my course is 27000 per semester and will not increase throughout the course.

Campus Life

Since I to admission in Saint xaviers College Ahmedabad, there happened many festivals and programs like starting with freshers party, then youth fest, cultural fest, event sports and other science exhibitions of different colleges and schools were hosted by air college and even the campus is much beautiful and greeny

Admission

I looked for many other colleges like Indus University, Gujarat University, and any other colleges but I like the course curriculum of Saint xaviers College Ahmedabad which included all the subjects I was looking for so I took the admission in this college.

Faculty

The faculties are very helping and friendly. There are so many faculties as there are many different course offered in our college. And the fees for my course is 54000 per Year. The exams are conducted with very well managed environment and exams are neither very hard not very easy.

Night Life

There are many gym libraries hotels and restaurants which students go at the night for a night out on just timepass which are very close to the college in the hostel timings for closing gates is around 9:00 p.m.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum in this college is uoto date, very relevant and with at par with the real world scenario, we learn about disorders, different schools of psychology and a lot more. There is a perfect balance of practical and theory, which is needed in psychology. In terms of improvement, there is always room for it, as of now there arent any suggestions from my side. The frequency of exams are fine, they give us time to prepare however I feel like as, according to the NEP, the semesters should be 6 months long but here they are cutting it short.

Students get placement offers in the first year of M.Stat. In general, however, most students prefer to go abroad for higher studies. Students who sit for placements mostly get placed in Finance and Analytics companies, typically in Business Analyst, Risk Analyst and other roles. SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

I thought of pursuing engineering and therefore have WBUJEE and JEE both. Admission i tried at almost all the colleges of Kolkata. Goenka was also in my mind as there the classes are in the morning and even St Xavier's Private University as well. SXC is an old pedigree!

There are no entrances like the Delhi University which I gave as well. Here admission are based on 12th percentage and the subjects that we have had. So, for general category in 2025 admission 92.7% from any board was the cut-off. For OBC it was 81 and for SC/ST students it was 73%....Read More
