Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pretty much related. Though due to our batch being the first one to adapt NEP, the university keeps on making changes which is sometimes pretty annoying. The curriculum is very book based and it rarely helps us anywhere in the real world.
Internships Opportunities
We have an internship cell which provides great year round opportunities. The stipend ranges starts from 5k. The roles offered are not course centric and anyone can apply. Students can easily apply and connect with the company.
Placement Experience
The placements are not going well. The placement cell is is very lazy and egoistic. Year by year the number of tier 1 companies are decreasing. Even those who come to the college are not picking up students due to lack of preparation.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees I paid was ?27,410 each year. Apart from this we are only charged examination fee depending on your course. I don't have an idea about the structure of fees from other categories or departments.
Campus Life
I particularly came to this college for exposure and that is why I joined a lot of societies. I am currently serving as the president of the internship cell. The facilities are great and the library is very large
Admission
I only gave CUET and it went pretty well since I got AIR-4 and I pretty much knew that I will get my first preference only which was Hindu. The reasom for choosing Hindu was because of it's nirf ranking. Though, I heard a lot about it from my relatives as well.
Faculty
In my course, there are 9 teachers to 140 students. Some of the teachers are very helpful and friendly. Almost all the teachers are pretty good at teaching. There are 3 core exams along with 1 general elective. The examinations are pretty easy and if you have studied even for 4-5 hours, you can easily pass the exams.
Night Life
There are lot of food carts outside the college. Our college is located in the North campus and there is a big market near to our college. There are numerous outlets and I spend my time there. I live in a pg near to the college.
