Likes

Infrastructure is very nice. Cleanliness is good.
Library is pretty nice and have air conditioner.
Canteen is quite big and sports society is helpful.

Dislikes

Classroom is small. Not spacious. No air conditioner
Periods pad machine doesn't work properly.
Playground is too small. Network is quite low .

Course Curriculum Overview

The overall experience is pretty good . The faculty members always complete the syllabus at the time and prepares us for the academic year. But it needs improvement as we have to complete whole book in a semester we need self revision time that we can't get .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for my course is too much even though the college is an off campus if we compare it with other good colleges there fees structure is twice lower . My friends who studied in the good du colleges were giving 14k to 16k maximum. Scholarships are not so good being a general never ever have a plus point in the scholarships.

Campus Life

Overall Experience was really joyful. I joined Sports Society and the coach was very supportive. I participated in dancing also. In campus, i got to complete my dream and dancing on stage really helped to increase my confidence!

Admission

I gave my board and scored 94% and chose this college mainly because of the area is safe and secure for the girls as in winter we have to go through at night . The riskshaws and transportation is accessible. Metro distance is also not so far as we can walk .

Faculty

The teachers are genuinely helpful and concerned about the students' performance in my department . But i have heard a lot from other departments about how they don't pay attention to the students' problems about exams and any other issues of the concerned students.

Interview Experience

I scored 94 in 12th class and get enrolled into this college. I worked and studied hard enough to get into delhi University . I studied for CBSE boards and scored wuth all my mind . The questions were moderate overall accordingly and criteria was fine too.

Night Life

Our area is very safe as outside our college there is police toll. And In front there is district court. So Girls are safe even at night there. Our college is girls college so girls can roam around without having any fear.

Very good curriculum- focus on practical approach rather than theories. The relevancy is great for sure. As a students of economics majors I am greatly satisfied with the curriculum here. People with other subjects like Political Science and History are also often offered educational trips

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . I found English hons to be a subject which can make me confident and fluent for the real world. Improvements could be done in management since it sometime lacks . the frequency and timing is fine the exams are of 3 hours which is enough for it .

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

Just an Honest Review of SRCC, DU, Hostel, Delhi...

Placement Experience:

The placements of Shri Ram College of Commerce are one the highest in Delhi Univerisity. For the session 2023-23, the highest package was 35 lpa, average package was 10.15 lpa, median package was 8 lpa and the gross placement value was 51.6 crore. There were more than 100 recruiters from more than 15 sectors, including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., Kearny, Accenture, Delloite, JP Morgan & Co., etc. with more than 500 offers. The Placement Cell also launched an initiative of assissting people with special abilities to secure placements and interships. As of now, I have not settled to what I am going to do after graduation.

MSCW is Magical!

CUET is a top level entrance and DU too a top level university and most colleges under it are among the top. I also wanted the best women's college of DU and that is LSR but with a score of 430 out of 800, only a few colleges were available and Mata Sundari was one of those. Honest MSCW review

Honestly I wasn't sure about taking admission into this college infact i never intended to... The CUET and CSAS process was very convenient for students outside Delhi but things were still not clear about different colleges... what I noticed was the campus problem students thought their colleges was either in north or south so made the preference list accordingly got accepted and later realised that they have been fooled by the information they gained from the internet.....Read More
