Course Curriculum Overview

Extra curricular activities like playing cricket badminton volleyball basketball etc in such activities college conduct tournaments to give chance to our college and we also proud to become the winner of the college

Internships Opportunities

There is many companies who offer internship like celebal technologies and so many new startup companies are offering internship at our college as my friend also work as an intern in celebal technologies for 6 months

Placement Experience

Campus placement are also very good in this college currently in our college almost 10 plus companies came to hire the students of batch 2025 company like TCS cognizant Accenture etc they come every year to hire

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the college at my admission time in 2021 is 450000 but for my junior the fee structure is increased to 600000 and you have to pay this by semester wise. For Bengal students it is easy to pay the fee because of the government schemes or using credit card with very low interest

Campus Life

My overall experience in this college is good because I enjoy too much in my college campus the best part of this college is to you learn everything I also joined so many clubs like hardware club coding club etc

Admission

As my elder brother are graduated from this college and got placed in a good company with a package of 700000 and overall this college is very nice in every thing I would like to suggest everyone to get admission in this college

Faculty

Some faculties are very good to you and they just help us at any cost. Faculties are very supportive for your career growth they help us in building project and also organise model making competition in our college

Night Life

The night life around the college campus is also too good the environment of this college are very nice The main part of this college campus is it feels like your home or you enjoy a lot in our college campus

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirricullum is quite relevent and comprehensive . BTECH program especially CSE includes specializations like data sciene , cybersecurity, IOT, etc . Exams are held twice in a semester . the college could include hand on learning through workshop , industry project and interships .

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester student become eligible for the campus placements. Amul(GCMF) , Mother Dairy, Vidya Dairy, Bhagirathi cooperative, Wamul, ITC are the company's visited and they provide good packages according to the students work in interview. After getting the degree I would pursue my hair studies in Mtech Food Technology from IIT or go to MBA course from IIM. My main goal is to get NDRI National Dairy Research Institute which is top institute for imparting dairy and veterinary courses for MTech Dairy Technology. 70 to 80% of the students are being placed and the packages very from 20 lakh per anum to 40 lakh per annum. After getting BTech degree most of the students preferred to go for higher studies and job. Research line is open for our course. Most girls prefer higher studies and research line and most boys prefer for job.

A comprehensive review of MAKAUT , WB

I and my parents had decided that , I'll take admission in a good college within a feasible distance from my home in WB. So , I had applied to CS/IT branches in Jadavpur university , Government college of engineering and leather technology and MAKAUT . Out of these first I got selected in GCELT , later I got MAKAUT . I chose MAKAUT over the previous one because It had a bigger campus and better infrastructure . I got rejected from Jadavpur because of my rank of state rank of 3600... which is not enough for a general candidate to get into CS/IT branches of it. The admission process is straightforward. After getting selected through the counselling process you get an intimation from the university to visit the campus for document verification. The eligibility is you need to clear WBJEE exam with a decent rank and the cutoff depends on a lot of factors the difficulty of the exam , no. of students who appeared for it etc....Read More
