I and my parents had decided that , I'll take admission in a good college within a feasible distance from my home in WB. So , I had applied to CS/IT branches in Jadavpur university , Government college of engineering and leather technology and MAKAUT . Out of these first I got selected in GCELT , later I got MAKAUT . I chose MAKAUT over the previous one because It had a bigger campus and better infrastructure . I got rejected from Jadavpur because of my rank of state rank of 3600... which is not enough for a general candidate to get into CS/IT branches of it. The admission process is straightforward. After getting selected through the counselling process you get an intimation from the university to visit the campus for document verification. The student who wants to enroll in the course (btech) in this college he or she should have pure science in (mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology or computer science)..and have to hold a good rank in wbjee or jee main.
