What Students Say

Likes

Teachers are friendly and understanding.
Campus is situated outskirts which is something I like because it is less crowded and peaceful.
Crowd is good in the college.You can have fun and be serious as welll.

Dislikes

Placements is becoming less day my day, maybe because of the recession.
Now it is converted to autonomous but it was VTU before.
Things of availability is a bit less since it is in the outskirts of Bangalore.

Course Curriculum Overview

I come under VTU curriculum but our faculty do their best to teach the content. The questions from internals help is clearing the external exam. The notes from the curriculum is good and helpful. Good teaching method.

Internships Opportunities

There are internship opportunities available under our college professors as well. Rest there are on campus internship drives that take place but it is not that easy to get into them. So better to get with professors but the pay is less.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is available in our college. They have a good average but right now due to recession the condition is bad and the placement is not happening that well. Or else the placements are good in general.

Fees and Financial Aid

I took a management quota seat. The fees will come upto 15 lakhs for 4 years. The actual fees is 3 lakhs per year but in the first year you have to pay 3lakh extra as donation. While the donation is increasing every year with demand, but I took admission in the year 2021 and this was the fees structure. Fees per year:2,91,000 Donation: 3,00,000 Total for 4 years: 15,00,000 approx

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs to take part in. College encourages us to participate as well. You can also come up with a new club ,there us support from college always. But there is some politics that takes place inside the clubs.

Admission

Since I am through management quota fees was a big consideration for me , also dayananda sagar comes in top 5 colleges of Bangalore so it is a good option after RV, PES, BMS and Ramaiah. Since the placement is atleast better than other colleges in Bangalore I chose this one.

Faculty

Faculty is good. They provide good notes. They help in project ideas. They are friendly and understanding. Few faculties are helpful while providing marks and notes. Curriculum is completed well. Not much people fail.

Placement Experience:

Placements aren't guaranteed and if i work hard and hard which is of course a real thing for anyone to be placed somewhere better..where we can work better. Since our college provides less Placements we got to study hard to be among the ones in the very less ones.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Think more than Twice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a tech-enthusiast and chip designing is something i have been keen to know about and hence i went in for ECE Course. The curriculum is just same as the other engineering colleges. Detailed enough to pass the semester end exams. Teaching methods and the equipments need to be changed. Its high time. While other colleges are using well designed new technologies for lab experiments, ours is still stuck on the old methods which is very frustrating as we dont receive accurate results that affects our performance.

PES has very good placement opportunities. Placements start from the 7th semester. Many multi-national companies come for campus recruitment. The highest package offered is 1.5 crore. The average package is around 9 to 11 lpa.
