Likes

Campus and surroundings are very active and very beautful
The exposure is very good in the campus.
There are so much initiatives to increase productivity of student and to enhance professional soft skills.

Dislikes

The faculty is not supporting and they are not helpful.
Also language is a barrier for me they only use their native language
In outside the campus there is so much rush

As per the nep policy 2020 the new curriculum i feel it is not efficient and also they don't know how to impart the lessons with the students.They don't teach effectively.The new curriculum want to be improved.

There are so many internship opportunities in the college.But the students don't know how to avail it.I have never experienced an internship. I want to experience it in the future.It will help the students very much

Fees and Financial Aid

My fee structure is 7675 yearly.it includes all other fees.there are so many scholarship provided by many companies but there are certain conditions for that.if anyone satisfy all the conditions they can access scholarship.in my opinion this fees is not so high.

Campus Life

There are so many events and festivals like quiz,case challenge etc organized the various departments and clubs in jamia Millia islamia.The library of jamia is very vast ,beautiful and mesmerizing. it is fully air conditioned.There are so many resources inside the library.There is wifi available inside.The sport complex and activities are very good in jamia.the clubs are very active.

Admission

I got admission in Aligarh Muslim University previous month ago and then got into jamia.I chose jamia because jamia is in delhi and there is more options and exposure in delhi than in aligarh.i am a upsc aspirant Delhi will help me to achieve that goal.The admission process in jamia is tougher than in aligarh .more students were attend the exam and only few students was got in to jamia.But the admission procedures is very easy in jamia

Faculty

The student faculty relationship is fully dependent on faculties.some are very supportive while others are working for sale of their duty.internal assesment will be conducted after every units and there is sem exams.

Actually the 3 discipline core subjects are truly important and relevance to my course. However the skill enchantment course and value addition course, even EVS taught this semester barely helps. That sometimes even felt like a burden. Still choosing the right GE, major is useful. I enjoy that... going through.

Reality Check

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in theoretical subjects. Even in my school time, I liked theory subjects more than practical or numerical subjects. This is one of the reason I chose this specific course. Another reason is that I like reading non fictional novels. At the age of 15, I started reading novels but after diving into this course I'm liking the fictional novels too. I don't think this course needs to improve anything. It is in it's best form at the point.

MY COLLEGE - HEAVEN AND HELL

Placement Experience:

I think students become eligible for campus placements in 5th semester as now they are mature enough to be given such responsibility and to secure their future. I am not aware about the number of companies and offers. I am also not aware about the highest or lowest package offered but the average package for my college is ?6.5 lakhs per annum. The cgpa should be above 7.5 for better chances of getting placements. My plan is to get a good college placement in starting of the 5th semester.

I knew a senior already and asked her about the college she said teaching staff is good for which I can totally agree..there are a lot of assignments and stuff but at last it's helpful helps to gain exposure, knowledge and experience If you participate in all the activities which happend then it will be really good and helpful But the syllabus is very vast and with activities and assignment it gets stressful For the first year first sem it was very hectic as the exams were in really few gap but it was fine in second sem It is advised to try to study side by side atleast a little bit

First of all. Jamia millia is not an college. Its an central university. And i choose it because of their faculty and infrastructure and also for that jamia has 4th top university among all indian university in NIRF rankings. But i also applied for maulana azad college delhi (MAMC) because of its top ranking medical college. But jamia is now good. Admission process:- Eligibility:- you have to crack NEET exam conducted by NTA. After result you have to participate in counseling and in choice filling process you have to apply for this college at mcc portal. Then if you allot jamia millia islamia university delhi then you have to come jamia campus for Admission process. Totally offline process. Also jamia have options for B.Tech; polytechnic, BSc , BA, MA, architect courses but i know in detail only about my medical field.
