The course curriculum focuses on the over all development of the Student making them not just a machine but a person with ethics and values. It focuses on student communication skills and problem solving skills.

Students from 4th semester and 5th semester are eligible for internship. Many students join DRDO, THDC for internship purposes and companies like L&T,Mahindra, TCS come for campus placements. Average campus placements is 600000

The college fees yearly is 76000 and hostel fees is 36000 per year. The college provide NSP National Scholarship Portal scholarship and seimens scholarship to first year students based on 12th results and entrance examination.

Campus Life

My over-all experience in this college is pretty good so far. The college organises an annual fest called goonj every alternate year and a sports fair called Josh that also occurs every alternate year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is just decent. The food is just average but the hygiene maintenance is very bad and the water shortage issues has not been solved since eternity moreover five students are forced to stay in a four seater room.

Hostel Fee: INR 18000 per year

Admission

Because it was near my house and the college fees was very affordable and I heard many good thing about this college like it's alumni and packages. I chose this college as its location is also in the foothills of Himalayas.

Faculty

One professor is provided for sixty students in a class and special tutorial classes are organised in which twenty students interact with one professor asking questions related their doubts and issues.

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

B.tech Cse course is good as I see that AI rises quickly in this generation which looks good for future. College must increase lab for more practical exercises in labs for better learning, Timings must ne atleast 2 to 3 hour's for better learning.

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.
