Course Curriculum Overview

2

I choose this course because of the curiosity about the universe passion for understanding the laws of nature, from tiniest particles to vastness of the space. The curriculum prepares us good for further academic pursuits but not that much good for real-world applications. Teaching methods needs to be improved and installation of high tech devices for better understanding. Implantation of internship is needed. Frequency and timing of exams are medium but difficulty level is high.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Annual semester fees is likely to be 4000-5000 only.and there is extra fees like admission fees and caution money which depends.Btech students have to pay higher semester fees rhan the honours students i don't know the exact amount.there is only two scholarships one is SVMCM which amount is 18000 it's a merit based scholarship and another one is post matric, amount is 5000.

Campus Life

2.5

There was many technical festivals , induction programme for newly students, freshers party, blood donation camp , teacher's day celebration, various sports fests , many seminar was took place throughout the year. There was high range of books and journals available in the library and easy to access. The facilities within the class room is pretty much good but technological provisions are not that good. All types of sports are not available in campus only 3 to 4 sports played in the university and not that much students play sports. Many students help other students.

Admission

I apply for calcutta University, kalyani university and got confirmed admission but i choose aliah University because of autonomous University . I don't get any rejection from others college i applied for. Admission process is very easy.eligibility is like others college. Yes exam accepted for my course , cutoff is pretty much high and there was a tough competition to get rank

Faculty

2.5

The faculty to student ratio is around 1:20 or 1:30 . Faculty to student relationship is good and they are easy to approach and helpful. There ar 6 semester examinations through 3 years and many class tastes and lab exams exams are very difficult and it's hard to score good marks I particularly don't like or dislike any of the faculties personally.

Reviewed on Oct 5, 2024(Enrolled 2021)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum matches quite perfectly with the industry standards. The course offers the students a theoritical as well as a practical approach of learning. For example, nowadays AI has revolutionised the internet and made things much easier for humans. it gives a vast amount of knowledge regarding the relevance of "media science" nowadays. I feel the frequency of continuous assessments should be reduced to 3 instead of 4.
