Likes

Societies are great and there is everytime of societies available
Campus area is also very beautiful and with the garden area in the monsoon season it's peaceful
Activities also take the college to another level

Dislikes

Food is quite average but only some otherwise it's good too
The college is developing day by day so there's no such thing as dislikes

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which I'm persuing is BA in political science and history and the course is very informative and helpful. The political side helps in governance and political backgrounds and history is overall great.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 14550 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are lot's of internships to apply in but as I haven't apply for any till now so I don't know much about the experiences. But as of i know it's very helpful for students to be a part of internship and there is a cell which provides internship to students as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees is quite affordable and reasonable. Deshbandhu College does have category system for the fees and according to courses as well. As compared to honours courses programmes courses are more affordable. And the comparison with SC/SC/PWBD the fees is quite high for GENERAL/OBC.

Campus Life

So my college is overall great. I would like to mention about fest which is called SABRANG and occurred annually. It's very enjoyable and entertaining. The sports and extracurricular activities offered by my college is also great though some sports are still not available but whichever are there are the best to be in. The library is also great and contains all types and kinds of books. It's big and have a large sitting area down and upper side as well. Also about the societies and clubs it's overall perfect.

Admission

Basically we all know that CUET is in process of taking care of admission in all over the india and that's why we couldn't choose our dream college with the cut off marks it's all now depends on the preference list. I got deshbandhu college but I didn't upgrade because i got confused and freeze it in hurry but i must say i didn't disappoint afterall. And the college seems very interesting to me.

Faculty

My college all faculties are great. They are helpful and understanding. Exams are also not that very hard if you understand the concept clearly you can easily clear the exam in one go. But beside the exams practicals and assignments are must.

KM COLLEGE - FILLED WITH COMPLAINTS ?

Course Curriculum Overview:

Too vague to understand, feels extra burden of unnecessary irrelevant topics , extra papers like SEC/VAC simply add to the burden while barely providing with any skills and values as their name suggests . Studying them and preparing for exams add extra stress and unnecessary burden on them , diverting their focus from their core papers , which are already too huge and they study materials or readings simply fail to assist . Areas for improvement would be - proper structured study materials , also proper structured practical subjects / papers for students where they can actually learn or gain knowledge/skills which will be advantageous in their future .

Placement Experience:

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. Even leaders like Barrack Obama too had an interaction with SRCC students in an open air event.

I applied to the entire delhi university and got this college in my first preference and overall I was satisfied with the same because of the nirf ranking of the college. Also, I heard a lot about the faculty from some of my cousins who have been an alumni of this college that the faculty is way too good.
