Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides 3 types of admission criteria.. firstly the merit based... usually students with keam ranks with a specific cutoff will get in this criteria...they gotta pay 35k as their tuition fee.. additional payments are also to be done to the college Management based is another one...the students have to pay a tuition fee of 65k with an additional payment to the college There are also NRI quotas.

Campus Life

The college is good . Good environment. The college has fests every year both technical and non technical. The college has all sorts of books available in its library. Sports and extracurricular activities are also present here for the students. Social groups like nss clubs student portals are also there

Admission

The admission process is dependent on the students entrance rank (keam) along with their 12th marks. The student must be 12th pass with pcm as their stream . The entrance paper has physics chemistry and maths questions

The faculties here are really helpful. They are experts in their fields. They effectively engage the students during the classes. They would clear the concepts well and also encourages in asking doubts.

An honest college review

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for placements. The top recruiters in it sectors are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Accenture, Oracle, Amazon, Wipro, UST GLOBAL, IBM. The top recruiters in other sectors are Mu Sigma, Ernst and young,, federal Bank, h and r block. Most of the placement are in it and related sectors. The average package is 4 to 6 lpa.The highest package is 34 lpa in Amazon. In 2024, 35 percent of students got placed. I will look to get campus placement in a reasonable package or I will try to get jobs by other means.

Campus placements are highly volatile taking the stats from over the past three years there has been an up trend as well a down trend, I hope I will get placed through on campus interviews, the highest package of this year was for two graduates who got into IBM with 22 lakhs per aanum, there are few who didn't get into any of the companies while there were others who got int Amazon and other reputated companies, if I do not get into a reputed company through my college on campus placements the. College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

They provide placement packages from a minmum of 4lpa to 12 lpa.. But most of the students got 4 lpa packages, it is very difficult to crack higger packages, but most of the cs students got placement andd students of other departments palcement is not good.

While assured placement is offered to students with minimal or no backlog papers, others are also placed, albeit with comparatively lower annual packages. Majority of the talented students are placed in Cognizant and TCS Ninja with an average annual package of 10 to 12 lakh. I actually plan to pursue higher studies after Btrch.

My 1st priority was this college and I've successfully achieved that. I've chosen this college mainly as it's near my home town and this college have 3rd position over Kerala for pass result percentage. I have never got rejection from any college as this college was my first priority. For admission process the students must wants to clear keam exam and those who got higher rank will get the seats. Other than keam exams NRI seat and spot admission are there as a few number. Cut off can vary every year depends on the number of students and their ranks....Read More

My college LBSITW is a government controlled self financing engineering college . It is managed and controlled by LBS centre for science and technology , a government organisation . It is not a fully government college but government supervisioned one .
