Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum should be updated according to the latest advancements in technology. It is felt that the technology that is being taught is far behind what is present today. When the course is completed, the present technology is expired and latest technology replaces it.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is said to be economical but not felt so. Even if the fee structure is based on merit system, the self financing colleges are making extreme profits by exploiting the students. Employment opportunities are far less than promised.

Campus Life

The college provide good atmosphere and encourage social interactions. It should be also said that the campus politics should be strictly prohibited from the campus. The classrooms need to be updated and hands on job training should be encouraged.

Admission

The admission process need to be improved and function transparent. The students are admitted on the basis of marks but even so, admission is done based on caste system. This should be substituted based on merit and financial background.

Faculty

Well qualified faculty are present. Although the student to faculty ratio is not balanced, the learning capability of the students are improved with the help of the faculty. The teachers are always approachable for help.

An honest college review

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for placements. The top recruiters in it sectors are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Accenture, Oracle, Amazon, Wipro, UST GLOBAL, IBM. The top recruiters in other sectors are Mu Sigma, Ernst and young,, federal Bank, h and r block. Most of the placement are in it and related sectors. The average package is 4 to 6 lpa.The highest package is 34 lpa in Amazon. In 2024, 35 percent of students got placed. I will look to get campus placement in a reasonable package or I will try to get jobs by other means.

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

They provide placement packages from a minmum of 4lpa to 12 lpa.. But most of the students got 4 lpa packages, it is very difficult to crack higger packages, but most of the cs students got placement andd students of other departments palcement is not good.

A multitude of reputable companies actively recruit from our institution, making it a premier destination for career opportunities in Kerala. While assured placement is offered to students with minimal or no backlog papers, others are also placed, albeit with comparatively lower annual packages. Majority of the talented students are placed in Cognizant and TCS Ninja with an average annual package of 10 to 12 lakh. I actually plan to pursue higher studies after Btrch.

CET is known as the best college in Kerala so my first option was always this one. I did write jee arch. Though I qualified my percentile was not that great to get into IIT s or nit s.
