- The sports council and sports department is great and very enthusiastic towards what they do.You also get coupons daily for the canteen which save expenses.
- Societies are very active. Every other day there's some kind of event going on.
- The faculties are great too with sufficient experience and knowledge
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is not very great rather it's on the negative side
- Canteen used to be very unhygienic although it's getting better
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is very much applicablefor the real world .At times it can be too theoritical but there are time when it reaches us regarding what is going around the world.Frequency of exams are okay as there are only semester end exam along with a few tests in between.But ofcourse Delhi University tends to have their exams during extreme weather like in December and Jan or May and Junr
Placement Experience
Usually those who are in 3rd year are eligible for campus placement.Other than that internships are there for all years.The highest i believe has gone to 21 lac in year 2023 and average is 4 or 5 lac.Other than that companies such as Wipro ,S and P Global and 200+approached the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is affordable as it's a government college and it is reduced even more if reservation . Different scholarships are provided all the year.Usually the expenditure is on travelling or of a PG if you are not a day scholar.
Campus Life
The social life is great.You get to interact with people and network with them.The annual fest Reverie is definitely not to be missed . Library has access to many books and varied ranges Ofcourse the societies and the sports department are very active and tend to get different positions in various competitions.
Admission
Eligibility of the course is majorly dependent on your score of CUET (the entrance exam).There are different reservation criterias starting .For SCs,STs,OBCs, PWD and then there's sports and ECA quota too. The exams are easy to moderate level.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio differs from course by course but for my course it seems to be enough .The teachers are great and is keen to teach us except a few.They are very approachable and it's easy to interact with them for any doubt.
