A comprehensive and authentic review of JMC.

The curriculum is well-structured, offering a balance between theoretical and practical components. Under NEP, we have to study 7 subjects in total. The subjects are industry relevant making it a great choice for people who are pursuing CA and want to opt for MBA. Honours students have the opportunity of choosing electives in each semester to tailor their coursework to their career goals. The exams are moderately challenging. Easily scorable if you have been consistent in your classes.

Companies for internships include multiple startups, firms like Genpact, Bajaj Capital, Big 4- Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG; Times of India, Hindustan Times etc. The average stipend is around 10000 INR. The roles offered are marketing, social media, growth and business development.

Campus placements are organised around October for the third year students by the placement cell. Companies like PwC, Deloitte, EY, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Genpact etc. are consistent recruiters. The highest package offered last year was 22 lacs p.a. to an economic honors student. The placement numbers are the highest for economic honours followed by bcom hons, bcom program and mathematics honors students.

The fees is affordable around 20,600 per year. Significant hikes in fees is not there. The examination form for each semester costs around 1300. There are multiple scholarships available on the basis of merit in CGPA. The details can be found on the college website.

Montage is the annual cultural fest of JMC, typically organised in March-April. Multiple journals, newspapers and books are available in the library. The library is well-equipped and managed. The computer labs are professionally maintained. JMC has one of the best sports department in the entire DU.

CUET- Any 4 subjects or English+ any one subject + General Test. The examination is CUET UG, conducted by NTA in coordination with Central Universities. JMC in particular has reserved seats for christian, pwd, kashmiri migrants, defense quota, sports etc. students. Not for EWS, SC/ST, OBC.

The college maintains a favourable faculty-to-student ratio, which ensures personalised attention and a supportive learning environment. The batch is divided into mentor-mentee groups. The faculty members are highly qualified and hold degrees from prestigious institutions. Many professors are actively involved in research and some of them have even authored multiple books. The professors are really friendly and approachable however they do maintain a strict personal professional relationship with the students. Most faculty members actively provide career advice, research opportunities and extra-curricular support.
