NHCE is ranked among the top top engineering college of the state and that was the sole reason for me to enrol in this college.
The resources at college are such that you get to learn so many things apart from studies.
The faculties put their utmost effort in making sure that we become some form of engineers.

Course Curriculum Overview

Data Science engineering is one of the hottest engineering today and our curriculum is influenced by top universities of the world. Our college has tie-ups with many top international engineering colleges. Our course has 2 days just for practicals every week and we are also taken for industrial visit in every semester. This, giving us live demos on how our working pattern would be. Therefore I don't see any changes in the current curriculum pattern.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are good as many top companies like Adobe, Intel, BME and others have been quite consistent with their recruitments from our college. Highest package in 2022 was of 46 lakhs and that is yet to be breached. Average though comes down to 6 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is 3 lakhs a year and project costs and all makes it 50 thousand extra. So total education cost including my personal expenses is around 15 to 16 lakhs. Scholarships are there but not for all as I was not a meritorious student nor was I from any particular cast who were eligible for scholarship programs.

Campus Life

College has many fests and since there are many departments a combined fest called Sargam is held annually every year in April. Our 12 acre campus is located in the heart of the city and there are a lot of malls and cafes in our college vicinity. The campus too have some cafes that serves almost every dish that you wish for.

Admission

State entrance such as Comed-K is compulsory to get admission in engineering course. One has to rank somewhere in between 10-15k to get admissions in NHCE. Comed-K forms are available online and if you have a score which is fair enough to get admission in NHCE, they can apply online through college website.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are exceptional and are always excited as they bring something new to the table in every class. Many facilities uses the last 10 minutes of each class only for doubts solving and that's the best thing that they can do to make sure students concept are clear. Interaction with faculty is very important as Data Science is a vast subject and getting their guidance and perspectives in every research is very important and I am glad the faculties were always available for help.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Nitte: My review on my college

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

MIT Bengaluru-The College Beyond Exxpectations

Placement Experience:

Students here are eligible for placements or internships right after the 3rd year. Mit Bengaluru is planning to make its students placement merging with its parent clg Mit Manipal. Currently none of the placement record is there as the first batch is in 3rd year only.None of the companies have visited for placement b ut companies like IBM, TCS do come for their talks. I have no plans as of now what will I do after a degree.

I tried for dayanand sagar but didnt want to get into it as the fees was on the higher side comparing to new horizon college. I applied to various othert colleges but they were quite far to where i live. The best option was new horizon college as they have good infrastructure and proper studies oriented programs which help us in abroad studies if interested. i wasnt rejected from any of the college i applied.
