Course Curriculum Overview

4

Well B.com is a course which has been in the educational sector since a long time it's good to give you a bit base of the financial world and some real world knowledge like taxation and all but it doesn't make you expert or give you proper specific knowledge in a sector usually people go for masters after it

Placement Experience

3.5

There is a Placement cell in the delhi college of arts and commerce named broadway it does provide placements even helps in internships people can usually get an average package between 4-5 lakhs per anum. My plan is to start venture of my own do I won't be sitting for the placements

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

It is really affordable to study in Delhi University and on top of that even comparatively to other colleges in Delhi university, Delhi college of arts and commerce is affordable and even after that they provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships who needs it

Campus Life

4

My campus life in delhi college of arts and commerce has been decent so far even tho the campus is small its still a great college nice canteen affordable meals decent faculty decent societies sometimes some fests as a cherry on top .

Admission

To apply for just B.com you Just have to give cuet the central test for all the university then you have to give the test after that on the University website you just have to fill the form and upload your marks then you have to fill the preference form for college and the last step is college allotment

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is great and at the same time some professors aren't that great that's the case some professors are really good at what they teach and try to convey the information some try but they can't usually most of the professors themselves graduated from some of the great colleges of DU.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was to the point. Everything was explained nicely in books provided to us and faculty, teachers were very good. They were passionate about their job . I personally had no problems with timings or frequency of exams. I can't comment on areas of improvement either.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in the course so i chosed this course. The curriculum preparation for the real world application is ok . I don't think so there is need for improvement in anything related to curriculum. The timing for my exams is in the morning 10 am . The timing is different for every exam .

Placement Experience:

The placements are rising each year in Big 4s and Big 6 as well. The placement cell brings in creative and innovative ideas for internships too. Most students were placed in Deloitte and EY in the current year beginning.

Most of the DU colleges don't have a great placement opportunity but the DU tag itself helps one to get good placement.most of thd placement happens in north campus colleges. 20-30% of students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is good overall as it provides us with many opportunities. Many companies have visited in the past, and many students have been placed in higher companies. This year, one student got a 48 lac pa placement offer, which was one of the highest in the whole of Du University. The highest was 48lac, and the average are 7 to 10 lac. My plans after completing this degree are to start my own business or pursue higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I studied commerce I wanted to pursue either bcom hons or bcom program. I would say it's 6/10 in terms of real world applications of the curriculum. More practical knowledge should be given. I would say exam were hard but timing was okay.

Some teachers are very professional and friendly as well. But some teachers are not good at teachings. An overall crowd of the college is very good. There are so many feet in the college from time to time which make you feel delighted.
