Course Curriculum Overview

As a engineering student of Aliah University, all engineering department is very good, faculty members, assistant professor, associate professor and lab technicians have good knowledge and behaviour also. Electrical engineering department is very strict....last year placed 88% student from EE department.

Class Size: 157Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship facility is available, but one student get one scholarship, all govt. And private scholarship are available. As a govt. University fees structure is affordable. For general course fees approx 3000/- and for professional course fees is 6000 approx.

Campus Life

ALIAH UNIVERSITY has three campus in kolkata.main campus is situated in Newtown. Aminity centre, sports ground, badminton,cabbadi, volleyball cricket,football all are available. Swiming pool, students common room, NCC office,NSS office all are available.

Admission

If you admit in aliah University then you give the AUAT exam, if you got selected then bring your all documents with court affidavit in the mention day. The admission fees for engineering is 6250/- and for general course is approx 3000 per semester.

Regarding examination the frequency is generally acceptable but the timing sometimes overlaps with project submission,creating unnecessary pressure. Exam duration is of 3hrs They should focus more on building projects which can be helpful for students Labs are modern and well equipped In terms of teaching methods a shift towards interactive learning,problem based assignments,hackathons and collaborative projects could make the learning experience more impactful. More emphasis on research and innovation at the undergraduate level could also encourage academic pursuits.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from 7 and 8 semester also their are many placement on thee intern companies. thier are total of 50 t0 60 companies that visits year which leads to very good placement percentage, in mining its above 90 percent. companies which come are infosys, microsoft, google , coal india, tcs, pwc etc. the higest pacage was 39 lacs by coal india. as mentioned above the placement is very good and almost everybranch placement is between 79 to 95 percentage of student which are placed, their are many mass recruiter if you didnt get the best pacakge you still have the chance to get a good package from the mass recruiter. my plan after degree is to advance in computer science even if i dont have the branch but i have the passion to do coding and become a web developer also i will try to get some more degree like mba and mtech and i will also try if i get selection to study abroad.

Know About Aliah University

I really didn't apply for any other college than this.I thought of taking admission in Galgotia but it's fee structure and the review of that college was also not very good.I took jee mains exam but couldn't crack it so I took admission here as fee Structure is also very good and study environment is also good. It takes its own exam known as AUAT but also takes admission of those students who have qualified Wbjee and jee mains.
