This is not an extraordinary college for pursuing B.Tech in CSE

I want to earn more money that's why i took admission into CSE in this college after completing my Diploma. Here enough teachers are available. They are highly qualified. All of them did their PHDs. Exam are conducted in semester basis.

From seventh semester the students are become eligible for campus placement. The companies that visits our campus frequently are TCS, WIPRO, CAGIMINI, WOOD INDIA, L&T etc. The average package offered by these companies are around 3.75LPA. The highest package of our campus is 42LPA.

Being an Government Engineering College the fees hike policy is not applicable here. But the admission fees reduced to some extent if you apply for Students Freeship Scheme. During this course students are eligible for several scholarships like svmcm, oasis, aikashree etc.

In our campus one annual fest is conducted every year in the month of march. The annual fest name is ESPECTRO. It has two parts one part is cultural and other part is technical. The cultural part is called EXOTICA and the technical part is called TACTIX. Our campus has one Library that has enough number of books itself.

Kalyani Government Engineering College has four boys hostel and one girls hostel. Four boys are alloted in a room. The room condition is good looks like new. The the meal quality is very poor. Hostel gives meal two times daily. One at Morning ant another at Night. For admission into hostel you have to fill the hostel admission form and pay the mess fees.

For taking admission into this college you have to complete your 12th or Diploma first. Then by giving WBJEE or JELET you will get admission into this college. The exam form is available in the WBJEE official website. Here several reservation are available like ST, SC, OBC, EWS etc.

Kalyani Government Engineering College do not conduct any Group Discussion or Interview at the time of admission. The admission is fully based on the merit rank as secured in the Joint Entrance Examination. After clearing the exam you have to do your councelling including this college.
