Likes

Faculty members are too helpful in theory classes but in lab classes they very helpful.
Library is neat and clean. Here atmosphere of study is good.
And also subject knowledge of our teachers is very well.

Dislikes

I dislike the timing of class conducting. as class start from 8 am.
We don't get freshers, atleast we deserve it.
Many departments are their but classroom are not available some time.

This course is very important in life as you can study about medicine and their components, composition, school of pharmacy, total 20 teachers are their for 60 students in my classroom. Teachers are well qualified and experienced in their field i.e. pharmacy. You can know about our teachers in snuindia.in official website.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 109152 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees hike is like in 2021 course fees was 5 lacs, in 2022 fees was 5.51 lakhs, and going on. If you got a good results you can get admission in University and get a financial help. I also got financial support from my house . Jobs in pharmacy in starting salary is quite less but if you improve yourself in every year you get better placement packages in good company.

Campus Life

Campus Life at first you feel lonely, depressed but as you spend life in this university you show yourself. Now our classrooms are very clean , projector attaches, smart studies are there. About students their are unofficial what'sapp group where you know about notices before college.

Admission

At first I prepare for the wbjee exam for admission in a better college. Then I willing to admission in Pharmaceutical sciences. I think this is the way of serving India as a pharmacist. I admission in Bachelor of pharmacy course in Sister Nivedita University as I got good results in H.S. examination. In SNU course eligibility is different way, you have to get minimum 60% marks in hs and also you can admission by qualifying in wbjee exam. I admission in college by getting review in many different websites like collegedunia, shiksha and many others. Sister Nivedita University in under Techno India Group (TIG). Here you can get placement in a good company and hospitals, their packages is average. teachers are very polite, here lab conduct in a good way and teachers give more attention in lab classes.

Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri is the 1st Pharmacy college in Asia. This is the only one government college in West Bengal. Labs infrastructure is very poor. 100% Placement are done. Our college is very good Pharmacy college in India.

Remarks:

Our college need more improvements as they are Charging high semester fees and in return we are getting nothing. They need improvement in every thing for b.pharm at least. There is no internship no placement then for what they are Charging 79000 per semester with 2000 examination fees.
