UEMK space observatory, a small space observatory are in our campus.
Our campus library is very big with all types of books and journals.
All over the campus is very good and big.

Dislikes

Online mode of payment is too haptic to pay.
Need improvement in the semester exam question papers.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is very popular nowadays. Here, the faculty:student ratio is very good. Almost all faculty members are PhD qualified and the rest faculties are master degree holders. They help in every way they can. But the semester exams are really difficult than two term exams which are conducted before two exams.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Placement Experience

From 5th or 6th Semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Name of the recruiters are --> TCS, Microsoft, IBM, Capgemini and Accenture and many more. They often visit our campus. The highest salary package is 12.5 LPA in this campus. Almost all students got placed last year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Firstly, you have to pay 1 lakh 10 thousands. And then for each semester fees, you have to pay 85000. There are many scholarships to avail like Swami VivekaVivekananda scholarship, K2, K3 and so on. So, the afforbility is less for most of the students.

Campus Life

There are more than one fest for students to refresh every year. There is a big library with AC facility and all types of books and journals are available. Classrooms are very large and spacious and can afford 100 numbers of students. Many sports are available in this college with the facility of learning foreign languages. There are many clubs to join with a small space observatory.

Admission

The students with 60% marks in 12th grade examination and with physics, chemistry and Mathematics are eligible for this course. Application form is available in both online and offline mode. There is no reservation benefits for students in this college.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. If u give the 10,000/- in advance then the seat will be booked for you and at the time of admission your money will be extracted from there.
