Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The faculty no doubt is well trained and well educated and the subjects are all align with Centralised curriculum, the courses are always completed on time even there are classes for revision too so that students can perform well in the exam . Professors use real life examples to make it easy to understand and with that discussion took place in classroom to enhance your communication skills , they are always ready to help their students . Labs are well maintained and acessable all the time with this e-libray and physical libray is also very acesseable never have books out of stock. hence no compermisation in providing best facilities.

Placement Experience

4

The placement cell is very helpful and very supportive if you join some societies and find the opportunity to visit different offices and if you are lucky you can have an offer in your hand one of my batchmate got placed in KPMG in 2nd semester itself. For actual process starts in 5 semesters before final exam and it is a very smooth process with the help of facilities and the people of the placement cell . alomost everyone got the opportunity who wants to get a job but some who wants to go for further studies or those who who wants to go for civil services are the left one only. After getting my degree I was interested in masters so I persued masters and doing my masters right now.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike as just its just other colleges take examination fees at the time of semester fee but DCAC don't include it in semester fees. As such there one canteen in the campus with nominal charges and with proper hygiene or you can visit outsidde for more food that too is of namoinal cost as such the cost of study is not so high. EY and KPMG select 16 students from Bcom homs batch at 400000-600000 p.a package .

Campus Life

4.5

AMBROSIA is the annual fest There are many societies MERCADO, VANGATI, Music society, Dance society, Debating society, and with all this many other activities are going on as we can say the college is never on rest. Infrasture is good with that the greenery around college make it more peacefully place to study and hangout with you friends.

Admission

There are multiple courses available and their economics hons is the best and highest cut off went for it. Eligibility for my specific course( Bcom Hons ) at my time was 83% at that time there was no CUET test. but now there is a CUET test in which the college itself selects the student who gets their ranking in their bracket. For example if someone's CUET rank is 300 in ST then colleges will contact them as they are fulfilling the criteria of that specific college. after that student has to visit to college with their documents for registration and with given time line they have to fill the registration fee to book the seat. If you have any reservation benefit you will find it in fees and your list will be different from the general one with that you have to submit the document which shows you are from ST/OBC/KM etc.

Other Applied Colleges

Janki Devi Memorial College - [JDMC] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}

Delhi college of arts and commerce is more ranked then Janki devi and more of that I liked the vibe of DCAC and with that the staff is also very helpful and cooperative .

Bcom that they offered was good enough to prepare one for the real world applications as various examples and field activities were also conducted by the college at that time . Teacher student ratio should be taken care of along with lethargic teaching methods like lecture method . Exams were held every 6 months and the difficulty level was easy.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell within the colleges but numerous are not dynamic and those who are dynamic do not offer great arrangements. As it were Srcc , LSR or St. Stephens offer pleasant placements. Most colleges offer arrangements between 3 - 4 lacs but over said colleges can give you situations with normal 8 lacs. But, I would prescribe you to not go for placements but higher things because it will increment your information and assist you to advance in your work and do it effectively whereas doing work fair after graduation will not allow you to regard merely continuously needed in the corporate world.
