I like the faculties the most. They are very friendly.

Sometimes it seems like we are in a cage .

Course Curriculum Overview

I was highly willing to learn about computer languages and much about coding that's why I have choosen this course. Faculty student ratio is like 1:10. Faculties all are doctorate level. Term exams are held after every 1.5 months and to pass the exam following class notes are highly recommend.

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is little bit higher. No scholarship from college. But from outside I applied for scholarship like SVMCM. No job is offered because I'm now only in 1st year. Financial assistance is not given to anyone.

Campus Life

The annual fest of our college is named Urekon and it is conducted in january - February onwards. In Library there are huge availability of books and journals. In case of aminities except AC everything is there. Sports class is also there in our weekly routine. There are many clubs but I don't know the exact names.

Admission

Eligibility criteria is to pass out 12th with PCM in subjects and have to clear any of either WBJEE or IEMJEE. The application form I directly found from the college itself and my admission date was 7th June 2023, admission fees charges 1 lakh 10 thousands. No reservation benefits were given. no improvement needed.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. If u give the 10,000/- in advance then the seat will be booked for you and at the time of admission your money will be extracted from there. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
