Course Curriculum Overview

To be honest, At my CRL 238828, I got Instrumentation and Control Engineering which is a good branch. As I have interest in computer subjects. So I don't take ME, chemicals, or FOOD. As it has scope in the future. The faculty is good. To be honest this happens to all the faculty that teach in college, we don't understand their philosophy like why they don't teach like our tuition or coaching teacher. But they are good. Qualification of faculty, they are professors as they have done their Ph.D. We have to put in 1-2 days or a little bit less effort to score food marks. College exams are easy.

Class Size: 13Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

70k per year. Also, they give scholarships for EWS and req category. Also scholarship schemes the links they provide us to our groups. Hope to get an internship itself in College. My friend will get a 100% scholarship because he scored 97% in the PUNJAB BOARD in the 12th.

Campus Life

The life at the campus is excellent. An annual fest named MADHURAM was recently organized we loved that will be organized every year. There are enormous books and journals in the Central Library. The college has a cricket stadium, football ground, and sports complex. Also has a swimming pool and student activity center in which it has 4 gyms, a music room, arts and crafts, chess, karate, etc.

Admission

I have given the JEE main entrance examination to seek admission to an Engineering College. My admission was done by CSAB round, and there we went to SET OFFICE. The admission process was quite simple and good. All they ask for is Aadhaar, enrollment letter, bank details, etc.

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)

I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in this college in this college previous year average package was 9 lakhs 50 thousand and highest package was 60 lakhs but in this college number of students are very high so competition also increases.

I only looked for government colleges as they are affordable and well-reputed. I applied for several colleges and got selected for IIFPT Thanjavur and GGU Bilaspur but I wanted to study mechanical engineering and out of all options, this college was best known for its mechanical engineering course and lab facilities. I choose this college honestly as it was a centeral government college under josaa and has significantly less fees which would help me save for my master's . I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
