Remarks

A good mark is its infrastructure and the environment by its surroundings. And bad mark is its good condition but work in going on it will recover soon hopefully. Its a new college and a new set of teachers having an awesome Experiences to teach students. And the environment is cool and natural nearby college which is a perfect for students

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course structure is quite good enough. One can choose their respective subject as major on which they are good though faculties are available. And all the teaching and non-teaching staffs are quite friendly enough. Course is based on how the student got marks in the particular subject which he or she has chosen.

Internships Opportunities

Yes Godrej company which provided college lots of furnitures. And many other chemical companies which provided chemicals for labrotory purposes. And many more microscopre and study materials are also provided.

Placement Experience

2.5

Its a newly started college so we are the first batch of it. But some motives and initiatives are taken for better displacement. One can become a lecturer , professors, and can go to many other departments like forest department ONGC it is based on which sub you have chosen and how much u have scored

College Events

4.5

Independence Day Republic Day National Science Day Youth Day Voters Day Teachers Day Children's Day. Farewell day, Welcoming newcomers day and many more cultural events, Sports etc. Students sing, dance, do mimicry and many more. Large numbers of students are participating.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, Just admission fees No monthly fees is needed as it is Govt. Colleg and every board exam fees. HS admission fees- Rs 3000 TDC-35000 Board exam fees less then 300. Fees percentage are decreased if the students have any family problemvand if they need consetion they need to show up the valid documents for it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah, minority scholarships are available for that valid documents is needed. I don't have much information about it. The scholarships which are coming from govt one can apply for it. College is providing full support

Campus Life

4

High tech lab is available, there is big gym center and many more sports instruments are available, There is a big library in colleges more than 10,000 books are available. And sports are going every day for physical fitness of students. And there are many many extracurricular activities held for students betterment.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Sorry hostel facility has not yet been started but work is under process it will be provided shortly. All the hostel things are taken like bed, chair and table are setteled just doors and windos are needed to fit. Hostel infrastructure is good enough and Girls are only allowed in Hostel .

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they all are friendly enough. They will help if any juniors got any problem. They helps us in studies, doing our projects they act with us like our elder brother or sister. They do love and respect us and motivation us for better studying

Exam Structure

Exams were taken in every month by teachers, as well as board exams are also held there strictly. Labs are hectic as it is chilled to because students enjoy doing the experiment in labs as lead by the teachers and lab bearers. Practical as well as theory exams are taken strictly. There is no kindness during exams.

Admission

Filled up the form provided by institution, They verifyied my marksheet of H.S as well as HSLC and kept the xerox copy of it. The average percentage needed for admission is above 50 %. Now every thing is in college website. The administration is good enough because colleg administrator is none other then dist Deputy commissioner

Faculty

4.5

All are Ph.D. holder and quite experienced enough in a teaching field. Even some of them still do the researches in different fields. They tech the students with lots of love and care. If students won't understand they try their best to make them understand.

Students become eligible for campus placements around 5th to 6th semester. Highest package of 2024 was 25LPA. Usually 8CGPA is considered a sweet spot for campus placements plus it gets them easier to get into world class universities for post graduation.

Acharya Narendra Dev College - [ANDC], Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Biomedical Sciences)
Reviewed on Mar 3, 2026(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Biomedical Sciences is very interesting as well as challenging, it covers various fields of sciences and has great scope in terms of research. The course connects theory with real world applications in hospitals and research laboratories. A few examples would include, antibacterial testing, PFT, EMG, blood tests, which are commonly performed in hospitals. The course also helps us to pursue our hands in research further by providing us with hands on training for skills such as biostatistics, writing scientific literature, lab skills, etc. A few improvements that I would suggest is the removal of outdated testing methods and practicals from the curriculum that are not essential for the real world currently. The teaching methods are quite good and interesting. The exams are conducted at the end of each semester and are relevant to the curriculum. The practical exams test your knowledge of hands on experience that you've gained while doing lab work. Theory exams are of 3 hours as per usual and test your theoretical knowledge from books and classes mainly.
