- Ist thing i liked is campus is well maintained and the college infrastructure is well maintained.
- 2nd thing i liked is faculty is very good
- 3rd thing i liked is that Placement cell of the college is working very well to provide job opportunities to the college students.
Dislikes
- One thing i dislike is our timetable classes are conducted till 4.30 PM which is hectic.
- Water facility is not that good in the college
- Washrooms are not well maintained which is a major issue i feel
Course Curriculum Overview
I took Economics hons. because Economics has a lot of scope in the future. The faculty of my college is very good, they teach us well. The student ratio between Males and females is 60-40. Most of the faculties have done MA in Economics and they teach us through presentations on the projector which is easily understandable. End sem exams are conducted every 5 months and they can be easily passed if you study well.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees in 1st year were around rs 15,500 which is easily affordable as Economics hons. is a very good course. I got one internship through the placement cell of the college and I earned a stipend of 1500 rs and I learned a lot of skills. There were scholarships based on family income.
Campus Life
Every year a fest named elixr is quite fun and we all dance together. The library of the college is well maintained and it is air-conditioned as well. All the books are available. Every classroom has a projector. All the sports such as cricket, badminton, and basketball are available in the college. There are many societies run by students in the college.
Admission
I took admission through the CUET entrance exam and the eligibility of the course was math, English, and 2 other subjects studied in class 12. All the details regarding the application form, etc. are available on the CUET website and the DU samarth website. One improvement that I want is that glitches in conducting exams should be avoided.
