- Academic is so much strict here, and we have to maintain 75% attendence
- We dont have good transportation facility in our 300 acre campus.
- Library is only running 9 am to 8 pm in a day.
Course Curriculum Overview
I got Civil engineering based on my rank. Here faculty to faculty-to-faculty-to-student ratio is 1:25, and every faculty here holds a Ph.D. degree from a reputed institution. The teaching method is purely interactive and Learning. In every semester exam is held twice there is mid sem of 30 marks and an end sem of 50 marks and the teacher assessment is of 20 marks.
Internships Opportunities
Every student from the 6th semester onwards is eligible for an internship. some companies like Flipkart, Amazon, tata steel, NHAI, etc if we perform well during the internship then we may be awarded pre placement offer from a respected organisation. came for an internship. I did my internship at NHAI with a package of 20k/month, I was working on an elevated bridge from Kadma to Sonari in Jamshedpur.
Placement Experience
from the beginning of the 7th semester, the companies started visiting our campus for placement, and nearly every 2nd consecutive day different companies come here for placement. Some of the companies are google, Atlassian, Flipkart,axxela. The highest package offered by Atlassian is 83 LPA. In every branch, more than 98 % of students get placed in every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fee is high. We have a 62500 tuition fee and a 25500 institute fee. the fee is decided by mhrd so there is no such hike in fee. Based on academic excellence no scholarship is provided but several state governments provide scholarships based on financial status.
Campus Life
name of the annual fest is Culfest and it is organized during most of March. We have our tech fest named ojass which is conducted during the month of December. we have access to several e-journals in our library. our classroom is well-furnished with modern furniture, a smart class projector, etc.
Admission
The admission process was very easy and smooth, one should qualify for jee mains and have 75 percent in 12th. The application form is available on the nta website and it was around 600 and for girls, it is around 250. I want the admission process should be fully online.
