Genuine Review of IIM Raipur

Admission in IIM Raipur is offered after one has appeared in the CAT examination which is held in November. Once the results are declared and the candidates who had opted for the college would be receiving a call from the college under the combined interview process known as CAP interview. The criteria for getting a call for CAP interviews are solely based on the CAT percentile score. For general candidates it is above the 92 percentile, for EWS its 70 percentile for NC-OBC its 74 percentile and SC ST students it's around the 50 percentile. I appeared for CAT, which is the primary and compulsory step to be eligible for admission to any IIM. Post which you get your cat percentile and based on the sectional cutoffs(given on the website) you receive a primary shortlist for further admission process(PI) After that, you have to appear for PI and post a composite score calculated based on your profile (gender/education background/workex/any achievement, etc ) + CAT percentile+ PI score to give admission offers to applicants. All graduates in any stream recognised by the government are eligible to appear and take admitted to IIM RAIPUR. You only need to fill out the CAT form available on the website of IIM hosting the cat for that year. Reservation cutoff and benefits are mentioned on the website and their criteria.
