Faculty members employed in IIM Raipur have rich experience and are knowledgeable. They can help the students with whatever means possible. Even college assigns faculty members as mentors to students at the time of admission only to help the students on professional ad personal levels as well. Regarding the curriculum, the First year has common subjects for all the candidates and every subject includes real case studies and assignments, and real-life projects which give students a fresh perspective of the respective domain. In the second year, students have to opt for their subjects based on the interesting domain in which they want to continue their careers. There are six trimesters over two years and in each trimester there is one mid-term examination and one end-term examination. The curriculum also includes class participation marks to motivate the students to participate and to influence peer learning.

There are lots of companies that come to campus which offer a variety of roles in every domain like marketing, finance, operations, and IT as well. It offers a good stipend and a lot of opportunities for live projects as well.

The college has separate career development and placement office which handles all the placement-related activities. They invite various industries to hire students and help them to get summer internships and final placements.

The total fee is 16 lakhs which includes the hostel fee as well. Scholarship or financial assistance is provided to weaker sections and the college has separate career development and placement office which helps students to get placement for summer internships as well as for Final Placements.

The Raipur campus is new and very beautiful. Social life is quite good apart from academic Rigour. There are a few food points inside the campus where you can hang out with friends and chill. The campus is situated outside the city so you have to travel a bit to visit restaurants and pubs. But Raipur City has lots of good outlets. Every festival is celebrated with full enthusiasm, the cultural club works hard to create joy in the lives of students and there are lots of fun activities in every fest. We have section wars also where sports events are organized between sections and this time is quite exciting where every section cheers to support their sections. It has its annual fest named- Karmaanta which involves both technical and cultural events and a DJ night at last which is fun.

Hostels have single occupancy rooms and they provide radiant cooling which is quite effective. PGs are not allowed outside the campus and every candidate is supposed to stay inside the campus only. The campus has one mess which provides breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The quality of the food is average overall.

CAT Exam was the only difficult part to crack after that you will get only one interview as CAP which constitutes various topics related to your work experience, Academics, and Gk but overall the PI was Moderate to crack if you have some idea about the mentioned topic.

The selection process included the personal interview only. I prepared my CV, covering every aspect of the experience which involves academics and work experience. During the interview process as well they asked questions related the work experience and current affairs and trends.
