Remarks

The college management is very friendly and helpful in every way. The mentor you and guide you in whichever way possible.

Entrance Preview

WBJEE, I stood 2530 in the exam. This is the best college in the east and has been for many years. There was no doubt i or anyone would choose any other college in the whole region.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum was very nice. We had lots of elective courses to choose from and learn what you desire. The course consisted of 4 or 5 theory subjects and 3 or 4 labs in each semester. The course curriculum was very helpful in attaining great knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, my college provided internship for interested students. The stipend was variable. It was around 5000 and sometimes 10000 and 15000 also. TCS, CTS , Infosys and many more companies came.

Placement Experience

4.5

This is the best part of this college. At the end of 4 years, you want to have a job. The college invites a lot of companies and nearly every eligible student got placed. TCS, CTS, Infosys, nri infotech and many more companies visit the college. The package was also variable. It would be between 3.5 lakhs to 8 lakhs.

College Events

4.5

We had technical fest in our college every year. We also had cultural fest in our college every year. Those were the days when one would enjoy the college a lot and do lots of interesting stuff. It was the best time. Anyone and everyone was Invited to participate. They were huge.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In every semester you would have to pay around Rs. 40000. In starting it would be 38k and in the final year it would go upto 40k. The fee structure was feasible too and it could be paid via many methods. They was no extra charge after the fees. The college also collects RS. 10000 as security money.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't availed any loan. But the college has ties with some banks which offer you student loans. Scholarship competition are also held at certain times.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio would be 9:10 for every girl. You would find people from all backgrounds and cultures. Campus life is also good and one can indulge himself or herself in a lot of things. The college management conducts a lot of competition for students. They environment is very healthy

Hostel Facilities

4.5

It was nice overall. You have to share a room with one or two students in the first year. Then you can opt for single room too in the second year onwards. The fees for hostel was also nominal compared to the services and resources they provided. It was a good experience overall.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior and alumni are also very helpful and they teach you many things. It was nice to have such seniors

Exam Structure

Each semester had two mid semester exams and one final semester exam. There would be 4 or 5 theory subjects and 3 or 4 labs in each semester. The labs were every other day. Sometimes it would be chilled out and sometimes it would be hectic depending upon the situation at hand.

Admission

The counseling for selecting the college was held online and one has to select his/her choice of college and branch. If they are eligible for the particular college and branch, they would be allotted the same. Once the online program is over, one has to visit the college for completing the process and take admission.

Faculty

4.5

One of the other reasons to select this college would be because of its faculty members. The faculty was really great and very helpful. They were very generous and kind. They mentored us in personal matters too. They were very much qualified for teaching their particular subjects.

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.
